Ivan, yes Sir it will. Most manufacturers including H&Kmake firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.

Very light double action trigger, nice single action trigger, very accurate and controllable. Although it’s a large pistol, it really isn’t very heavy. I’m surprised it’s not more popular than it is.

First,I bought this pistol thru Bud's trade in program,and it was easy and very efficient on Bud's part.The HK USP Expert 45 is a fantastic weapon-extremely accurate and totally reliable.If you have a chance to get one of these,I can't recommend it highly enough.Best 45 I've used in all my experience(started shooting in 1962-including the 1911 45acp and the M29 S&W and everything in between.).
