Buds has purchased the remaining surplus C93 Sporters! The receivers are all stamped Century Arms C93 Sporter, but PTR is more involved with this project than Century Arms. PTR is manufacturing the barrels and other parts for these surplus kits. PTR will also powder coat, assemble, and warrant these C93s. That's right this gun is covered by PTR's limited lifetime warranty!
Includes one 40 round magazine.

The rifle operates flawlessly and consumes any type of 5.56mm ammunition at various grains. This looks, feels, and operates like an old Cold War era military style rifle. PTR did an amazing job building these C93s from Century International Arms parts and created a rifle that will last for an extended period of time. Trigger pull is light but this is a all steel like rifle so it is going to feel and weigh heavier than your current lighter rifles you may find in the gun store. The only drawback is there is no provided sight tool to make adjustments for striking a target past 200-400 meters. I had to look on line and find a tool for sight adjustments but it was pretty cheap and worth it. If Buds Guns ever can get this shipment of rifles from PTR again, I strongly advise you to make the purchase.

Awesome rifle, put 200rds through without a single issue. Wish I had held onto it, these are worth a bit more these days

Great gun, enjoying mine.
Scope mount that fits this firearm does make the carry handle useless.
Hard to use on a bench due to the large magazine size, smaller size magazines are available but expensive especially if you are looking for HK surplus
I did also replace my lower housing with a magpul housing and it a tighter fit and feels much nicer than the thin plastic one that was supplied with the firearm.

I purchased one of these since the HK 93's are out of sight price wise. Honesty not too impressed with this rifle! The fit and finish appeared to be ok. But when I took it to the range with the one mag it was shipped with, had feeding issues with it, probably a weak mag spring. Purchased a new HK 93 mag ($$). This new mag will not seat in the gun. Obliviously there are some tolerance issues with the receiver. Not sure what my next step will be. Disappointed overall.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this firearm. Much smoother action than an AR15, dead on accuracy, and the trigger is typical HK quality. PTR definitely perfected the Century Arms C93 build. My particular rifle accepts and solidly locks Malaysian 40 round spare mags, HK factory mags, and ProMags all without ANY modifications. When Charging the rifle, DO NOT baby it, it is a Military style rifle that needs to be treated as such. Friends who were shooting this rifle had issues getting the first round on each magazine into battery because they were gently letting the charging handle run. Other than that, no issues. PTR/BUDS amazing product

For me personally, Best purchase from Buds ever! Should have bought two! I do have a century c93 and these are (were) much better in terms if quality, function and especially finish. Thanks Buds!

Waited on this for 3 months. Great price for a HK clone. Put 150 rounds through it without a problem. Only beef is the one magazine provided. More fun than an AR.

Got an email a few were back in stock in December, I’d missed the preorder because they sold out so quickly. Very happy to get one rifle is in excellent condition. The cons appear to be a unnitrided barrel with a 1/9 twist and a cheaply made trigger housing, no paddle mag and lack of a wielded rail. The pros are excellent finish and function. These riffles are build better than a century build. You couldn’t ask for anything better than a c93 built and warrantted by PTR
