It's always hard to tell with limited runs. You never know how fast people are going to buy but the M1A's are fairly popular already just depends how many people want something more custom and have the money to spend.

100 yards on target any quality scope will do the job for you I am a fan of the Simmons "whitetail" series of scopes

Irv - Allow me to introduce you to what I believe to be the best scope on the market, dollar for dollar, of the thousands and thousands of scopes being sold today. Vortex. For this M1A, a Vortex Crossfire II would be perfect. The 3-9X40 would be perfect for this rifle, at sorter to intermediate distances, and would still provide the capability to 'reach on out' and make your shots at 200, 300, even 500 yards, if you do your part. Lifetime "No questions Asked" warranty. Perfect scopes for teh shooter who wants to make the longer shots, but doesn't want to invest four figures in a scope.

I cant find much info on this gun. I would like to know if the stock is painted or if it is a cerakote finish? Just wondering how durable it is. Maybe limited edition but I would use it.

Always wanted a M1A1 forever. Well pleased with the rifle and the deal I got at Buds. The scout has more optic options with the forward rail and more maneuverable in tight places. Although this gun is no lightweight compared to an AR , it is so much fun to shoot.

This rifle is beautifully done. The colors are excellent. The only negative at all is where the stock meets the recoil pad. It isn't as seamless as it should be. Maybe 1/16th inch difference, but it doesn't affect the reliability or handling, purely cosmetic.
The M1A shoots very well. Is more accurate than I am and has had no failures. I only have about 200 rounds though her at this time.
It is designed as a scout rifle, and as such, has a pic rail forward of the chamber. fine for red dot or scopes with long eye relief.
The only reason for it being 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the fit and finish of the recoil pad. Otherwise, a definite 5 star.

Collector will remain in safe one thing the part that holds the bolt the little spring seems to be slanted will not rectify same. Shame on you springfield.

From the butt stock to the muzzle stabilizer, this firearm looks amazing. The finish on the composite stock is absolutely beautiful as in the pictures. It arrives in a customized Springfield soft case. I purchased a display case, and this now hangs on a wall in my bedroom. It looks amazing!

Oh man what a gorgeous gun and Buds was fantastic as usual with fast team Buds shipping. I asked the community about the stock finish and it was suggested it is Cerakote but it is paint. I called SA and they confirmed it is paint but it is still awesome. I was also told they do not have anymore so these will be gone one day. I am really glad I bought it and for some reason even though it is a limited run the price is below market price for other M1A's.
