"Ordered the Scout 18in Barrel w/synthetic stock, Sand w/Black flag color scheme. It showed up right on time to my local FFL as described, inspected it upon unboxing and there was not a single blemish or scratch on it. Came with (1) 10rd mag, a beautiful black zip-up gun case, embroidered with the Springfield logo and an M1A patch. WOULD BUY AGAIN!!"

A:yes it is NJ legal ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3. Bayonet lug 4. Flash suppressor 5. Threaded barrel 6. Grenade launcher However I suggest that you verify this with your LOCAL FFL holder as he would be the one doing the transfer paperworkSee 2 more answers | -

A:You are going to want to find a "Long eye relief" scope, or a "scout scope". As the pic rail is set in front of the breech on this Scout model, using scopes with typical eye relief will be unusable. The Vortex Crossfire is a good "Low Cost" offering, and many other major brands such as Leupold and Burris making them as well. Again, make sure they are "long eye relief", 7" +. Of course you can use an optic such as a red dot, but will sacrifice magnification...See 1 more answer | -

A:Greg, I do not own one, but a buddy of mine replaced the "proprietary muzzle stabilizer" brake with a National Match slotted muzzle brake no problem. So it can't be that tough.See 1 more answer | -

A:No, Lance, it is not red, white and blue. It is a 'subdued' flag pattern, black and Sand tones. Much like the American Flag US military forces wear on their Battle Dress Uniforms.See 2 more answers |
