The Emperor Arms Seylan TM1950MB is a semi-automatic shotgun intended for civilian and security use, and mimics the famous M16 rifle in its layout and placement of most controls. It is remarkably light for its caliber and size.

To properly "break-in" your TM 1950MB, we recommend 50 rounds of heavy game loads, high brass, or 3" magnum loads. Once your TM 1950MB is properly broken in, you should be able to cycle most factory 12 gauge ammo.

I love it. The only problem I had was the shell hangs up sometimes when it's ejecting from being fired

Jam queen. Never ran anything without jamming. It will run two or three slugs but then it will go back to fail to feed, fail to eject. Dumped it a couple weeks after I bought it. Buy a bat it will be more handy than this in a defense situation. Should be 1 star but it gets 2 because it is a mean looking firearm.

I recommend this shotgun. Shoots well, only with fast ammo. I have been using Winchester, 1550 fps.

My wife purchased this shotgun on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday at my FFL. We took it to the range on Saturday. The first four high brass loads shot and ejected perfectly. We loaded a 2 3/4 rifled slug and surprisingly, at 25 yards it was about 3 inches left but perfect up and down. However, the next round chambered but would not fire. We loaded several different types of ammo from high brass to low brass and none would fire. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. All I could think was, wow, what a Lemon. When we got home, I found the number for the company’s sales office and was greeted by none other than the owner of the distributor. We talked for about 10 minutes, he took down my name and number and said he would call me back on Tuesday to get my information. Tuesday came he called. He had his secretary take down my info., and promptly sent me a return label to send the gun back. He then informed me that I would be gettting an upgraded model for my trouble and that it would arrive at me FFL within 1-2 weeks of receiving the broken one. Now, let me say this, was the gun a lemon, absolutely. Anyone can get one. However, when a company goes to these lengths to make an issue right, you can only say good things about it. I know several who have these shotguns and have never had a problem. Would I recommend it to you, probably. All I can truly say is they stand behind what they sell and in this world, that speaks volumes.

I’ve ordered 5 firearms. Need to pick up one tomorrow. The Seylan TM1950 MB 12 gauge semi auto. Order #3152958
3 things I have issues with
1- The safety doesn’t fully engage
2- The manual was photo copied and was in Turkish? Also couldn’t fully see the pictures
3- The packaging was substandard and the slide pull went through the box’s I’ve contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a return label
I’ve liked the simple and ease of ordering. Just be careful of ordering bulk ammunition because it is uselly short on the amount

I figured with plastic on it and such a great price it would be a gun for a kid starting out. A perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. This thing is a beast,l was shocked how well its built and how powerful the bolt spring is when it closes. The muzzle brake is sweet,helps stop a lot of recoil so you can stays on target with rapid multiple shots. I would highly reccomend it,as a matter of fact I'm seriously considering buying another one. I own a dozen different shotguns and l rank it up there with my Remingtons and Charles Daily. The thing l love most about it is the magazine fed feature,looking forward to finding high capacity mags because this bad boy is definitely gonna be in the group of my home invasion weapons.....
