I bought this as a gift for my 13 year old daughter and it has been a very impressive and reliable semi auto rimfire. The biggest challenge in rimfire pistols, especially when dealing with kids, is finding one that runs any ammo with minimal stoppages. The M&P 22 compact has become a staple in our range trips because it’s accurate and just plain eats any ammo you feed it. I would highly recommend it, having multiple other semi auto rimfires. My only complaint is the M&P, much like other pistols, is limited to ten round magazines and spares are a little more pricey and hard to come by than competitive offers

Purchased this to teach my 15 yr old daughter to shoot and get her involved in it as a hobby. Great gun shoots well have fun about 800 rounds through it with 5 different ammo types and it has fed and fired everything but 2 rounds. That’s saying a lot for a rim fire. Great gun would t hesistate to buy another one,

Beautiful gun. Fired 200 rounds through it right after picking it up. Shoots wonderfully. Very accurate. Only a couple failure to feeds which I’ve come to expect with .22’s. Very fast shipping. All around great experience. Will be ordering from Bud’s again!
