Is this an NFA item as the picture suggests or does is come with a brace as opposed to the MPS as shown?

According to the UPC code this model should have a Tailhook brace, although Buds' and many other sites show it with a Magpul stock. I would expect Buds' customer service to be able to verify and give the final answer especially with regards to it being NFA or not, but from what I can find it should look like this in reality: https://img.rsrgroup.com/pimages/BFM17191_1.jpg

The pictures are not always accurate. It states it under the photo. This is a non NFA item.
