  Cael, overall weight is 5.6lbs. Cheers and stay safe! Upper is 4lbs and lower as configured is 1.6lbs.
• Q: would a 5.56 upper and mag. fit on this lower

  William, yes Sir it will. The only difference is the Bolt and Barrel so a 5.56 Upper/Mag will be cross compatible.
