Ruger GP100 Talo Edition 357 Magnum / 38 Special Revolver - 3" Barrel, 7 Rounds, 3-Dot Sights

I ordered this Ruger GP100 .357 Magnum with a 3” barrel TALO edition because I have been looking for the 3” barrel. This was my first time ordering a firearm online. The lorded processing was very efficient and the product shipped in a timely fashion. I picked up the gun from my local FFL and noticed that the finish was questionable but accepted it anyway. I suspected the grip would not be particularly comfortable for my hand and expected to regrip the firearm. The wood that was used for the grip is of mediocre quality. There are several sanding scratchesl that were not buffed out at the factory. In hindsight, I expected more of a TALO version of this gun. I own 16 Ruger products and this is the first one I have been disappointed with. I should have ordered the standard version and saved some money.
