Browning 30-06 BLR Lightweight Takedown w/Pistol Grip/Blue Steel Finish

Whenever you need the very best in fast handling, easy to carry, travel
ready magnum firepower, there is no need to look past the Browning BLR
Lightweight Takedown w/Pistol Grip. Nearly identical to the one piece
models, it takes a keen eye to notice the uniqueness of the rifle. The easy
to use takedown system is unobtrusive and allows the rifle to be rapidly
assembled or disassembled with just the flip of the flush mount lever. A
traditional scope can be affixed to the receiver, or a long eye relief
scope can be mounted directly to the barrel with an optional one piece
alloy scout style scope mount that stays attached to the barrel to maintain
zero when the rifle is taken down.

Beautiful rifle. Worked great at first, but after a few hundred rounds I started having an issue with the screw that held the forearm onto the barrel. A groove was smashed/broken, and the forearm wouldn't stay on anymore. I sent the rifle in to Browning (Winchester) and they replaced the entire barrel for free. Works great now, and I can still kill bottles with the iron sights at about 100 yards. Very accurate, very smooth action.
