Savage 11DOA XP 308 WIN BUSHNELL - Blue/Black, 22" Barrel, 4+1 Rounds, Synthetic, Black Stock

Bought while savage had a rebate. I think I ended up with 289 in the rifle. I bought 2. One I put up for when my son grows into it. The other shoots ok, about 1.5 moa. I am sure the right load would do better. Not nearly as good as my heavy barreled savage 10, but plenty good enough to hunt with and much lighter! At the price I paid, I wish I could have bought more of them. Bushnell scope and rifle are both good enough for reasonable shooting at hunting distances. Great deal from buds and savage.

So far I love it! I got it last week and have put a box and a half of ammo through it so far and it's been a great shooting gun. The scope was just a little low and right about 5" took about a dozen shots to get in centered and I put the last 6 shots in the diameter of a quarter. I was wanting a 308 for less recoil than my 30-06 and this gun is great, very little recoil. The scope is ok but needs an upgrade later on. Bud's was great as usual, just a little slow on shipping this time but I will still buy my guns here. Glad they give you the Norton price protection because the price is over $100 cheaper now than on 10/25 when u bought mine, plus Savage will send you $100 rebate so for a little over $300 this is a awesome price
