Solid little lightweight little rifle. Needed to loctite the scope base screws but otherwise no issues. The stock is aluminum bedded so I bet it’s as good as a chassis. Great value for a .338 rifle.

I did not receive everything that was supposed to be in package there was no butt attachment like is pictured in YouTube video of unboxing of items

[Rifle Review] - Shoots well right out of the box. After zeroing it in. shooting 2" groups at 300 meters with it using the coast effective ammo (cheap). Waiting to test it out at the 1000meter range when this blows over. But so far so good.

I bought the long range hunter 338 and absolutely love the gun!!!!!! It’s beautiful and for just the right price! I am pretty darn happy with Buds! The whole cash thing was complicated at first but now I fully understand and would do it again in a heartbeat! Even with a routing number and stuff it takes 5 business days before you will get a tracking number that’s probably the worst part BUT the whole transaction went perfect and I love the gun it works perfectly

Waited awhile to get this! Love it, shooting at 600 yds with 250gr. Will be working too stretch it out with the 300gr.

Item arrived very fast with no problems. It is a very nice rifle I’m glad I went with it over some others I looked at just remember to take the Screws out of the rail and put Loctite on them and tighten them down as savage does not do this

Received my rifle yesterday, delivery was quick and transfer was very simple. I have bought several guns from Buds and have never been disappointed. I would recommend Buds for all firearms and ammo purchases. This Savage Long Range Hunter 338Lapua Mag is all that I expected it to be.
