After reading and watching more reviews that I can count, I decided to go ahead with the TP9SF Elite S. Dealing with Buds was easy as always and delivery to FFL was smooth. I cleaned and lubed the gun and headed to the range with a few friends. The TP9SF shot flawlessly. We put 200 rounds through it with no failures. The sights were easy to see and put rounds on target. I will be purchasing the TP9SFX next and of course it will be from Buds

Shot my Canik TP9SF Elite S for the first time the other day! I put 200 rounds through it. It was love at first squeeze. The trigger is great , the sights are great! I noticed the farther away the target the better the sight vision! I'm happy with my groups, at slow fire and rapid fire! I did have one glitch though! About 100 rounds in it had a empty casing jam in the slide! I'll be putting a few more rounds through it over time, and only time will tell. Do do hope can still say I love this gun!!!! I have owned many glocks over the years as a police officer. But nothing compares to these in my opinion. This gun is a excellent firearm. The trigger is like no other I have seen. It's very smooth and easy. Its spot on with the sights. Easy to acquire targets and stay on targets. Girlfriend loves it more than me and shoots it very well. I will be buying more in the Canik lineup soon.

Typical Canik quality. fit and finish is excellent. Trigger pull is the best kept secret of the striker-fired market. Trigger pull is light but not too light, with a crisp break, and short reset. This model is the TP9SF Elite-S, and comes with the trigger block safety lever on the trigger guard. The picture doesn't show this. The safety switch takes a pretty decent amount of force to engage it, so flipping it on by mistake is extremely unlikely. It gives you another option for carrying the pistol. If you don't want the trigger safety lever, just buy the other model of TP9SF Elite, which is the Non-"S" model. Took the pistol to the range and put 100 rounds of Winchester 115Gr through it without a hitch. at 21feet, this pistol is point and click. Point it where you want and make a 10 or 15 round group fit inside a 2" circle. Love this gun, bought it to replace a TP9SF Elite in Tungsten Ceracote. Loved that pistol and love this one too!

So the service from Buds was incredible, especially considering this was my very first time purchasing a gun from Buds or purchasing a gun online period. I was, however, disappointed in the quality of the gun. I only had 1 problem, but it is a huge problem: the gun came and the feed ramp of the barrel is chipped! I am so disappointed in this, as I have not even been able to shoot the gun yet. I'm hoping and praying that century arms will send me a new barrel, however I should not have to deal with this issue in the first place!

Canik guns are easily the BEST kept secret on the gun market! I have two TP9 SF Elite-s pistols (going to give onto my son for EDC), an TP9SFX, and TP9V2 and a TP40. ALL of the Canik series function flawlessly straight out the box. They say to lock the slide to the rear overnight for some reason and I have followed that advice on a couple and not on others but they still function just fine! Great triggers and sight systems (Warren rear sights and fiber optic front) and very accurate as they are. Magazines are Mecgar so they are easy to locate more with no issues. Pay attention to disassembly on the SF Elite series though. Slightly different than the norm. Overall a great shooter and a great price, highly recommended. AND as ALWAYS Bud's shopping experience was great, no worries, no issues!
