Bergara B-14 Ridge .243 WIN - Blue/Black, 22" Barrel, 4+1 Rounds, Synthetic, Gray Stock

This is now one of my favorite rifles. In 243, recoil is light and accuracy is easily .75 MOA at 100 yards and I've only begun to work up loads for it. Action is smooth and bolt lift is amazingly light. After the first good bore cleaning, copper build-up is very slight. The factory trigger is surprisingly good, no need to change it. The barrel is heavy enough to not get hot too quick for casual shooting. Making some TrailBoss powder loads (1400-1600 fps) to shoot at an indoor 50 yard range today. Such loads are usually very accurate, quiet, don't heat the barrel much and are lots of fun! I've been wanting a 22-250 and a Ridge is on the top of my list. These rifled are in a sweet spot of being a good value without feeling at all cheap.
