Radians Tan Custom Molded Earplugs

easy to mold, easy to use, hard to get right ear molded correctly, overall good stuff

I want to be clear that I haven't shot with these yet, and that's why they get 4 out of 5, but they seem awesome. I've read peoples' reports of them not hardening up enough, and being messy, but my experience was nothing but smooth. Bud's got them to me quickly, and molding them was a breeze - and actually kind of fun. My only complaint is that it's tough to get the air out of your ear. When you are molding them into your ear, the air can't escape, since the compound is creating a seal inside your ear, so that air pressure makes it a little difficult to get the little nub to form far in your ear canal like in the photo. Mine still had a nub, just not as big as the one in the photo. A minor complaint to say the least. Other than that, they are easy to prepare, comfortable, and they don't fall out.
