Based on the Vietnam Tomahawk, the Fusion Tactical Tomahawk is an extreme evolution of the original which was considered one of the more unusual weapons of its day. Today there is a real need for a versatile tool for breaching operations, excavation, obstacle removal, extraction, and other utility applications. The 420 stainless steel head with Hardcased coating is mounted to the fiberglass reinforced nylon handle with heavy-duty bolts and a steel ferrule for stability. Side hammer checkering insures precise placement when pounding. Carried in a nylon sheath this is a universal tool for modern man.

The product is great, completely as expected. The handle is solid; sleeve that protects the blade is well made. Packaging that this product came in was nearly open however. It did not come directly from KY rather from a fulfillment center in Louisiana. It took nothing more than a gentle tug and I had it open. I know that things are crazy busy for businesses trying to ship however this item is lucky it made it to my home. The 5 stars are for the item, only 2 for the delivery, no way to enter on its own.

I had heard that Bud’s was having shipping issues. I guess that’s all cleared up now. I placed my order on Wednesday. It was sitting on my door step 48 hours later! Outstanding Bud’s! As far as the SOG Tomahawk goes. It seems well made and I like it.
