Bold looks and innovative features make the Winchester Super X3 Field a
beautiful sight to behold and a force to reckon with. Weighing in at a
scant 6 3/4 pounds — thanks to a weight-saving magazine tube and recoil
spring system, slim barrel with a machined rib, and an alloy receiver, —
the 3" chambered Super X3 Field has all the features you want in a
field gun, or a sporting gun for that matter. The self-adjusting Active
Valve gas system reduces recoil significantly more than recoil-operated
systems and a proprietary next generation Pachmayr® Decelerator® recoil
pad is fitted to further increase shooting comfort. Trim grip and
forearm dimensions add to the lightweight, fast handling feeling. The
.742" Back-Bored Technology and Invector-Plus™ choke tube system work
together to provide perfect patterns. A unique gunmetal grey Perma-Cote
UT (Ultra Tough) surface finish is applied to external surfaces for
extreme corrosion protection, and the bolt is plated with electroless
nickel for added corrosion resistance. This is one shotgun you must
experience to believe. Three choke tubes and two stock spacers for
length of pull adjustments are included.

Sweet gun, got it for fun and now just bought the 12 gauge version this year. Smooth and fires anything. Nice and light yet refined.

Nice shotgun, but not for me. The 20 gage just did not have enough punch for the distance which I was needing to shoot dove and quail.

I had a great experience with the whole ordering procss and the gun ended up being exactly what I needed. The quality of the wood was above expectation and the gun performed flawlessly right out of the box and into the field. The first day out I used it hunting in the rain and it cycled flawless. The only quip I have about the gun is where the extendable stock meets the wood there is room where water can get to some untreated wood. Not a huge deal for me a you can easily brush this area if you wanted to.(Very verry tiny area - hard to even see.) Either case I would defenitly reccomend this gun to anyone lookign for a solid 20gauge semi; this gun ceratinly wont break the bank either!
