Bushmaster 7.62X39 UP ASMBL - Blue/Black

In response to another comment, no, the gun does not come with a carry handle. It is complete otherwise, it comes with the BCG for those who may be worried. The weapon does shoot steel, which is a common question. I don't have many through it, but it does shoot it, though there will be FTE. Though, forget the steel, this upper will blast through the Yugo corrosive ammo with complete disregard! As cheap as this upper is shooting .17c rounds is probably the best you can do. Just clean afterward. The gun comes with the lone mag, it is the exact shape/tone as another not to be named 7.62x39 magazine maker, except, it is worse. It wont feed more than 10 in a row, this is with Wolf, Yugo, or PMC, whereas the mag direct from the company is a bit better. We all knew of this issue before the gun arrived, but the magazine problem is what needs to be figured out, not the upper itself. The upper fit snug and perfect on a cheap lower, didn't fit my Stag lower though without getting violent with the pins. The 3/5 is indicative of the magazine issue, and the FTEs. If you think you can look over these or think you can solve the problem then buy it. As is, given a few more months and a couple more reliable mags in hand, should I be lucky to get the good mags, I wouldn't hesitate to give this a 5/5. Since I can't purchase any mags, as they are out everywhere, I have just the two... one being the bad one that came with the gun, my overall satisfaction remains average.

A good 1st experience with this web site and upper. It did come with a 26 rd. mag. and carry handle/rear sight. No manual. The upper is mounted on a Colt lower. Upper and lower fit perfectly. Shot steel ammo out of 223 mags (5 rds. will fit) and had a couple of FTF. After a few more rounds no problems. I guess it needed to break in. Sighted iron sights in under ten rounds. The rear sight windage knob does not click with every hash mark but did do its job effectively. I only sighted at 27yrds. but put rds. on top of each other with no problem. The upper appears to be well made, reliable and accurate even with cheap steel ammo. Good job Buds and Bushmaster.

Buyers beware of the picture represented of this item. It appears to have a attatched carrying handle sight but it does not. It is a flat back with no sights. IT stated that in fine print that I could not see because I didnt have my glasses on. I figured it out when it came with no sights. I look forward to shooting it but again it has no sights. It took about a week to get here and I live in Ky. I callled in before getting this product and they did not indicate the flat top backing or the m bar styling. They indicated it was ready to go and came with a mag. It did come with the mag but not the picture represented. I Bit the bullet and bought a carring handlle sight. If that isnt customer loyalty I dont know what is. They didnt offer to make any of this issue right. So be careful for $530 your get no sights. If you order this products ask for the package that has sights even though thats what I thought I was getting. Dont go off the pics they are misleading. Wear your glasses and even when you click on this product it doesnt tell on the specs if it comes with sights or not. Its blank in the space . On some of the weapons they tell the info you seek but not this one.

I am very demanding when it comes to service, and I've been upset in the past, but I have to hand it to BUDS GUN SHOP!. They outperform my expectations 98% of the time. The bushmaster 7.62x39 upper is one sweet upper!!. I placed my order on friday and recieved it the following wednesday, now thats great service!! I live near Seattle, in Wasington state. Also the bushmaster 7.62x39 upper comes with a 26 round mag., and mounts on the AR lower just as easily as the .223 uppers, no difference, I do, and I will reccomend this product to anyone who ask's me, and I dont know how many customers BUDS have from WA. state, I can only say that I've reccomended BUDS to all my friends!! My upper arrived 24 hours after ordering, awsome. I had one issue with the order however, Bud's made it right very quickly, thanks. I had a chance tonight to mount it on my oly arms lowers and it fit perfectly. No slop at all and no need for an accu-wedge. Will have an opportunity to shoot it this weekend and I will update the review. My other upper is a 16" bull barrel so I am loving the lighter weight. This will be my pig/deer thumpber so looking forward to seeing how it performs.
