For the cheap priced I paid for this shotgun it was worth putting the upgraded spring kits in it. Shoots all round even the ghetto wallmart crap.

Gun shoots really well seems to handle all types of shells. Gun is heavy enough where recoil with 2 3/4 is next to nothing, and not too heavy, definitely a man's gun esp. with 3" mags. Thumbs up awesome gun, now just looking for bigger clips.

Weapon came clean in the box. I've fired about 100 rounds out of it. I've only had a few issues so far with rounds miss feeding but that was before I knew that this weapon will only feed High brass rounds good. When this weapon is functioning properly it fires wonderful. Great Buy from BUDS.

Great gun at a good price, first time buying at buds gun shop and will continue to do so. Very fast shipping from buds and no issues with a buds approved ffl. Keep up the great work!

As the saying goes...you get what you pay for. with that said this shotgun should be about $100 less than what it sells for.. I had problems with cycling, and 150 rounds in the rear dust cover broke off. I fixed to cycling problem by rotating the gas adjuster 2 turns to the right. It now will cycle most standard shells with out issue. I also found out if you get the furryI mags, and shave down the lip it fits perfectly.. all in all its fun to shoot, and with saigas going for an unholy amount its a good substitute.

I purchased this shotgun a few months ago. Looks great and feels great except for the mags. They feel too big and misshapen when inserting and fitting them. We had to file some material off to get them to fit. The springs are weak in the magazines and causes a lot of FTF. When it does work though, the recoil is light and adjusting the gas pressure does seem to help cycle faster or slower for different rounds. You cannot shoot steel shot through these shotguns because it will tear the barrel up. I cleaned all the grease off of it when I got it and oiled it or use and shortly after, like a couple weeks under the backseat of my brothers truck, it began showing signs of surface rust everywhere. I would recommend getting it duracoated. The rails are nice and a CCO will sit nicely on it. The chokes that come with it in the threaded barrel work very well. I'm just upset with the magazine fitment and performance, its hard to get 5 rounds through it without jamming or the bolt hanging up on a round half way pushed up from the mag well. Really disappointed with the amount of surface rust that is occuring after a short time. Hope every one has had better luck with this weapon system, I wish I could say I'd buy another but not until we get a 10round mag to see how well it performs.

First purchase from Buds and will NOT be my last. Product shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I have not had the opportunity yet to shoot the catamount fury 2 but initial inspection looks good. The gun is solid, everything is a tight fit and feels well put together. It arrived with everything the description said i would be getting. The stock is fairly comfortable and the gun feels well balanced when shouldered. The receiver assembly is very similar to that of an AK or a Saiga so if you know how to tear down an AK you shouldnt have any problems stripping down your fury 2. I have owned many Saiga's and have allways loved them but honestly at this price you really cant beat the catamount fury 2.

Item arrived in perfect condition with all three chokes, clean rod, brush and gas/choke tool. Second purchase from Bud's and flawless, easy transaction., Fast Shipping About the catamount fury 2: Before buying , I researched reviews and videos for a week as I initially wanted a Saiga 12, and changed my mind after all the POSITIVE reviews on the Catamount. Finish is a matte black and action is smooth, came with two 5 round magazines in a cardboard box in styrofoam. perfect condition and happy with acceptance from FFL. Unlike the Saiga, the catamount has adjustable gas tube low and high which is great and shoots all type of shells. The rifle is stamped "lead shot only" accepts 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells. Personally, I dont shoot cheap shells thru my weapons, shot 50 Federal vital shock 1 oz slugs and 50 00 buck without a hiccup right out of the box after simple cleaning and oiling. The Skeletal stock is mounted permanently and acceptable, mods to this shotgun will require heavy gun smithing to change stock, but I am happy with it.. The Saiga is more customizable and many after market options. There are few for the catamount and I cant find the 10 round magazines anywhere even after writing to C.I A , But there are websites that state they will be available in late August 2014, 10 round magazine would be a big plus. SAIGA drums do NOT fit this shotgun ! OVERALL: EXCELLENT value and reliability, at this pricepoint, you better buy now while there still reasonable, SAIGA doubled there prices in a year.... weighs 8.5 lbs and solid, nice handgrips, my only gripe is the pistol grip is tactical and not handgrooved as i would prefer :-) Highly recommended buy and Buds Service is second to none.
