The new Heavy Barrel Varminter rifle is perfect for the avid varmint hunter. The Heavy Barrel Varminter is loaded with features that are important these features are often found in more expensive custom rifles. The heart of the rifle is the Howa 1500 barreled action, while the soul of the rifle is the Hogue synthetic stock which is pillar bedded and has a nice recoil pad. The crisp two-stage HACT trigger will ensure that you don't spoil a single shot allowing you to rain down an endless stream of lead on varmints quickly and accurately ensuring those varmints are eradicated permanently.

As usual Bud's was prompt with the shipping. This rifle is just what I wanted, a bit heavy but no problem for me. Put a Nikon M-223 scope on it and it's a tack driver with good ammo.
