JRC is a fun carbine to shoot. I choose the M&P and I have shot 500 rounds without any problems.

Processing and shipping from Bud's was great, 5 stars. The gun, on the other hand, has been nothing but problems. First mag ran fine, hasn't run a full mag since without a jam. Switched the ejection to the left side and feeding problems became feeding and ejection problems. Second trip to the range and the mag catch unscrewed itself and almost fell out. The trigger is terrible, as well. The owners manual says only use S&W M&P mags but it comes with a Promag. The Promag caused jams in my otherwise flawlessly running M&P 9. 5 M&P mags won't make this gun run. I called JRC and found out I get to ship it back to them at my expense. 0 stars for their customer service, so far. I have never had to pay to ship a brand new defective gun back for service before. Takedown is a needlessly complicated nightmare to clean this thing. You need an AR armorers wrench, so plan on buying one of those. So far, I'm into this gun for well over $750. Transfer fees, armorers wrench, ruined ammo, and return shipping have made this more expensive than a simple blowback pistol caliber carbine should cost. I'm currently waiting for JRC to blow me away with the quality of their repairs and turnaround time. Given the lackluster response from their customer service people, I won't hold my breath. I also wouldn't recommend one to these to anyone.
