Can a red dot be mounted?

two issue 1st the slide is not cut for a red dot it would need to be machined 2nd issue is that 22lr ammo (most likely ) would not generate enough recoil to operate the gun with the added weight of the red dot.

Charles This out of stock QP pistol is not set up to mount a red dot optic on.

I own the PPQ M2 .45 and the PPQ M2 9mm and they are both fantastic pistols with triggers 2nd to none. I purchased the PPQ M2 .22 so my 11 year old granddaughter could learn to shoot a handgun and eventually transition into the larger calibers. This pistol is lighter that the other two so it's perfect for her to learn to shoot with. As always Buds provided good service and an excellent price!

Nice little shooter. Took a long time for Bud's to get it me (over two weeks) considering it was in stock when ordered and remained in stock the entire time I was waiting. Other than that hiccup the gun runs like a champ. Aguila interceptor and CCI are the only ammos I have run through it thus far. ABout 100 of each. Ran like a champ. No FTE's only one fail to lock back after emtpy. Loving this little blowback system pistol. Plan on running about 1000 more rounds of ammo through it next weekend.
