one star because it was dirty and was rusty. cleaned it but it wouldn't fit without jamming it in, then it was stuck and hell to get out! don't recommend!

Had a lot of problems with nosedive with these mags, especially when filled to capacity. I was hoping to get that extra round, as 1911s biggest weakness is capacity. No dice. Switched to Wilson Combat and have not had any problems. NOTE: I have ProMag magazines for other firearms that with flawlessly, so it's just something with the .45 1911 ones.

Little bit of a tight fit on my auto-ordinance. But, gets better with every use.

This clip fits and works well in my 1911 Kimber. though the metal is not as my Kimber Mags or built as strong. This clip does the job at a reasonable price. The clip is plain steel blued with peep holes to visualize capacity, it is not marked or indicated as pictured in the add. I use them for target only.

Good price, function as it should. Buds delivered in a short time. May need another pretty soon.

These mags do not look anything like their fancy pictures. They have a cheap blued finish with no writing or numbers or made in USA on them. I ordered 4 of these and three seem fine...the 4th does not want to go into my Colt 1911 without major complaints. I jammed it into the mag well and yanked it back out about a dozen times. After that, I inspected the mag frame closely and could see where it was off-size and am making changes to it as I see fit.
A magazine is not rocket science, it is only a frame, a spring, a follower and a floor plate. I have fixed them before and will again...BUT the point is...I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO FIX A BRAND NEW MAGAZINE!!!
Three out of 4 seemed okay so they get three stars.

This magazine does NOT fit in my Colt 1911. Not even close. Do not buy!

Good magazine, great price.

Quality is ok, but not as good as original. It will jam unless you’re gentle with it and keep it lubed. There’s too much play in the plastic seat above the spring, so sometimes is doesn’t slide correctly.
