Mount a complete upper "Bushmaster of a higher caliber" on your existing Lower! The .270 cal. 6.8mm SPC (Special Purpose Cartridge) was developed for the military, but is now available commercially. Velocity averages a bit over 2600 FPS (with Hornady 115 Gr. V-Max), and the heavier bullet weights deliver a terminal energy capable of bringing down larger game.

As always, Bud's has been a dream to deal with. Bushmaster 6.8 Upper delivered today, and it's a beauty. haven't had it out yet, but will mount it up this evening, get it all prepped and hopefully get out in the next few days. I don't expect any surprises. The upper is exactly as pictured and described, and Bud's is still one of the best places to shop. Thanks again guys!

First I do really on other comments before buying a weapon. I put this Bushmaster 6.8 upper on my Smith and Wesson lower an it shot great. Tried to create a malfunction but could not ..No miss feed, no stove pipe no ff no failure to eject... First time shooting the 6.8 very impressed. After break it down to clean all parts made with quality. Did not get a chance to shoot long range, so I will update when I get a chance. I had purchased a Bushmaster 6.8 upper, mossberg 930spx, and Springfield 40 xdm 3.8 compact so not much time for long range all weapons I purchased from Buds operated flawlessly. Buds customer service, shipping great all around. Also will comment on BuySafe with my comments on my mossberg 930 spx (85370) it is a definite asset to Buds. Thanks Buds!!!
