Truthfully - it's not designed for scoping - the top ejection prevents any normal mounting.
Are there solutions? - yes using a side mount or a flip up mount (just picture yourself flipping up the scope to eject an empty shell) - neither solution being very practical - but truthfully the rifle isn't designed to be scoped in the usual fashion - as it is a copy of a classic Winchester John Browning design.
Look up what they did to scope an 1894 or 1892 Winchester and you'll get the picture.
I've even seen them using an EER scope mounted into the rear sight dovetail - like a scout rifle setup - but anything you do will be cobbled at best - as it is not designed for scopes. If you want visibility in low light - use fingernail polish that gloes in UV light - Fluorescent red/orange front and Fluorescent green back - scout scope rigs don't gather light either - though they do make aperture sights for the Winchesters such as the 98a bolt peep used on the model 71 Winchesters - but most other peep sights also are side mounted like the scope mounts generally used - not very esthetically pleasing on a classic rifle. Look at the options for Winchesters and you'll get the point. the best aperture sight is a tang peep sight - closer to the eye is better for aperture sights. but you do have a variety of options - though I would never scope it.
