Great gun! Have put about 200 rounds through it with no failure/reliability issues. Very accurate and incredibly powerful. Love the look of the Stainless model. Easy to break down and clean. This is a must have for any gun collector looking to own the infamous Desert Eagle.

If you like "big" guns, this one is exceptional. And it's just plain fun to shoot. Make no mistake, firing the Desert Eagle Mark XIX is not for the limp wristed, and requires a two handed grip, but that shouldn't be a surprise for a gun this size. This semi-auto handgun chambered in the 50AE round is a heavy gun. It's also a well made gun. The fit and finish of the stainless steel model is outstanding. Having rails milled into the barrel and slide make accessorizing a great option. To break this gun down for cleaning is easier than a 1911 in my opinion. It comes with two, 7 round clips, and very comfortable soft rubber grips. Depending on your hand size, there are optional "fingered" grips available, as well as, specialty grips available from Magnum Research. Ammunition for this gun is pricey and limited to a few manufacturers, but this is not a problem since it seems supplies are readily available. Spare parts can be purchased directly from Magnum Research if the need arises, as well as, the option to purchase barrels with different finishes and lengths. The fixed combat style sights mounted make it easy to align with targets, but upgrades are available here too depending on ones preferences. So far, after shooting this gun at my gun range on several occasions, I've encountered no performance issues. It's just plain fun to shoot!

Excellent service from Bud's! Fast shipping and great price. This Desert Eagle is an absolute beauty and hands down my new favorite weapon. I was torn between this version and the one with the integral muzzle brake because I was worried the recoil would be outrageous, but it is actually not as bad as I pictured. No regrets here. The Stainless Steel finish is gorgeous, not too flashy. I haven't used the rails yet, but they make the gun look better even with nothing on it in my opinion. I was nervous that some of the ejected casings would come back and hit my face as I had seen and read about, but this has not happened yet. They all have ejected over my right shoulder. Taking into consideration that it's a brand new gun, I have cleaned and oiled it after every range visit and it has not failed to chamber rounds when I shot it. My friend shot a magazine in it and all but one round failed to chamber naturally due to him limp wristing it. When shooting this behemoth, a firm grip may be necessary at least during break in. I am unable to find any local sources (within 30 miles) that sell 50 AE ammo which makes sense I suppose since the DE is basically the only gun that uses it. However, with Bud's fast shipping, great selection and prices, I am perfectly satisfied purchasing my ammo on here.

Amazing stainless steel finish, just what I was looking for. Yes it's Big, but it's a blast to shoot and and happy to have In my collection. I recommend it 100%. Hasn't jammed on me yet. Using Hornady xtp's.

I just purchased this gun from Bud's and received it 4 days later, on 12/09/15. I put 14 rounds through it today and I'm incredibly impressed with the power of this gun. However, it jammed 3 times in 14 shots, twice on the first 2 shots. Not sure if it's the gun or the ammo. I absolutely love this gun! It's heavy yet controllable if you know how to shoot. I will be contacting Magnum Research to see if these jams are typical or if I need to send it off for repair. Overall I'm satisfied and would highly recommend this gun to anyone looking for "real" power and destruction!
