The 18 inch genuine, factory brand Remington Model 870 12 Gauge Magazine Extension Kit increases mag tube capacity by 2 extra rounds. The dependable, factory made magazine extensions provide additional round capacity for tactical operations and competition. The all-steel extension tubes attach directly to the end of the magazine tube. The included magazine clamp attaches around the barrel and the extension for added support. The magazine spring is formed from high strength music wire that resists "set" and won't weaken over time. It has a matte blued finish.

As it is original equipment fit my 870 perfectly you will need to drill out your mags dimples youtube videos will guild you through this process not difficult.

Although the picture on the website is deceiving, the customer service team at Buds was very helpful and explained this +2 extension was the entire kit - not just the tube that is pictured in blued and matte finish. It includes the tube, spring and nut, all in a blued finish. I could only expect that more would be sold if the pic was updated to reflect what is being sold. Thank you customer service team.....

This was the perfect addition to my Remington 870 Ducks Unlimited Mississippi 12 gauge magnum. I called Remington to see how this would fit & was told that it would extend past the barrel about 1.5". While not thrilled I figured I'd get it anyway because I wanted the added capacity. When it arrived I knew the guy was wrong. This extension fits perfectly flush with my 18" barrel. It really makes this old shotgun look like a new gun. So glad I purchased it. The price was good, it was shipped quickly & packaged securely. I'd definitely recommend this for any 870 with an 18" barrel.

Excellent.. came quickly and fits and looks great on my shotgun. The actual extension tube was secured well in the box so it didnt get all banged up.
