Is this a long or short action?

Matthew, this UPC code is the Short Action Sir. I prefer the Long Action but they are scarce. The (#4) Bergara 4140 CrMo steel barrel is finished in matte blue and is available in 22 inches on the short action and weighs 7.7 lbs and 24 inches on the long action, which weighs 7.9 lbs. The stocks are bedded with integral pillars for stability and enhanced accuracy. This bergara b-14 timber with 22 inch barrel is a short action model. The timber with the 24 inch barrel is a long action. This model has the 22 inch barrel and is short action. Hope this helps.

Bud’s was great! Fast shipment and ok price. However, upon cosmetic inspection the stock displays many machine circular sanding marks, not the quality I expected. I guess your paying for the excellent trigger, bedding, accuracy, and barrel.

Very pleased with rifle. Shot 20 total rounds breaking in barrel and sighting in scope. Made perfect shot from 120 yards with cold barrel. Great confidence boost!
