For what it is it is a decent gun, and as long as it is not limp wristed it goes bang every time.

Just getting into the Concealed Carry world. A Law-Enforcement friend of mine recommended getting a Kel-Tec. After reading multiple reviews about P9's P11's etc. I chose the P11. Buds messed up a bit on the delivery, but then was very professional in their apologies and quickly corrected the mistake. Since then have found their service to be incredible. I have now fired well over 300 rounds in it. The first day there was one FTE but since then, it has shot Aluminum and Brass, both 115 and 124 +p ammo and it has performed flawlessly. Since I am an inexperienced shooter, the long trigger pull is a mute point as I do not have anything with which to compare it. I do know that after 50 rounds, your hand will get tired. It has a bit of a recoil, which I understand is common for small 9mm semi-autos. I am getting better with marksmanship. Now at 10 yards, I am hitting the target almost every time, just not always in the bull's eye or center area yet. Since it is a handful to fire due to recoil and long trigger pull, I don't think it would be good for some women to use, but for me, this gun has met or exceeded all my expectations. I bought 2 optional 12 round clips so I am able to have 13 rounds available to me if something were to happen. I think this to be a strong selling point. The reputation among those who review guns, such as the CCW Magazine, as well as those who have reviewed the gun here on Bud's indicates this little gun has a good reputation and as far as I can tell, it deserves it. Can't imagine a better first CC weapon for the price.

Long trigger pull. Fired 50 rounds with no issues. It is not compact. Not a good pocket gun, but good to carry in your car or for home protection. I own 30 so no newbie here.

I am very happy with the p-11 so far no problems and I have shot brass, aluminum and steel case ammo through it. Even though the trgger pull is long and takes a little strength to fire one off,if you get your trigger pull straight back and don't think about it, it is a very accurate little devil. michael l

I bought this gun in search of a compact 9mm, possibly for my wife or grown daughters to use. Received it promptly. Gun was in fine shape except that on the rear sight, one of the white dots is missing. A little Liquid Paper can fix that, not a big problem. I shot 30 rounds through it using 2 magazines. No problems. No FTE, no FTF. I shot at a 3" bullseye from 20 yards, using both Remington FMJ and Winchester JHP. Hit the bull 6 out of 30 shots, but all 30 were within 4" of center. Not bad for such a short barrel on a light gun. BUT the trigger pull is VERY long and heavy on this pistol. Maybe it will get lighter with use. As it is, I think most women would have trouble shooting this pistol. And the long pull sure didn't help accuracy any. This is not a double action. There is no external hammer, and every shot requires a long, hard trigger pull. All in all, it seems a simple, dependable, compact 9 mm for a very good price. If the trigger pull lightens up with use, I will like it more.
