Great Gun. Polished a few rough spots and fires very nice and clean. Heaviest gun I would want for CCW here in central Fl. Shots a heavy round, Speer 124gr +P Gold Dots. Thats what I carry. I have shot enough of them to prove to myself that they will not fail me if the need arises. Bud's delivered the gun in a timely fashion and Kel-Tec service has been better then expected. I needed a new assy pin and they sent me one for free. How's that for service?

Not impressed with the trigger pull at all, but I paid about 30% of a new Glock, so I can live with it. Kel-Tec makes a great product otherwise. I like my P32 better.

Got the gun as advertised, took a long time, but that was back around first of year when every thing was sold out. Great gun for price, shoots every time you pull trigger. Has a very hard trigger pull.

I received the product a few days before the estimated arrival date which is a plus. I tried out the Kel-Tec P-11 and it met the expectations based on prior reviews of the product. I wasn't sure that I would like it in blue but since this was the one in stock I ordered it. I found that it was acceptable. Recoil was not bad but as expected in reviews. Putting a round in the chamber was harder than expected but reviews did indicate it was tight so no surprise there. After a few hundred rounds it did loosen up some but having to work at getting the first round chambered does offset my concern of not having it come with a safety feature. It is lighter and somewhat smaller than other guns I have bought which is what I was looking for amd can say it comes closer to a true conceal carry than others in the same price range. I might have had one or two rounds misfire but a lot better than some others I've used.

I was looking for a small/compact pistol for concealed carry during warmer months or when my clothing may not be enough to cover larger framed pistols. I settled on trying out the P11. The pistol is decently built and after initial breakdown and cleaning/lubing I took it out and ran 50 rounds through it without any failures. It kicks similar my other compacts/subcompacts so I was not surprised by the recoil. It is controllable and I had no problems with accuracy after getting a feel for the gun through the first magazine. I added a grip extension to the magazine which aids in both handling as well as follow-up shot acquisition. Without the grip extension my hand did not feel as comfortable on the gun as my pinkie had nowhere to rest so it's good to keep in mind if you're considering this and are not familiar with small pistols or have large hands. This pistol is small enough that I can easily carry it with my IWB holster and it doesn't print when I'm wearing a t-shirt. The only real annoyance/problem I've had was the magazine rattle issue that I read plenty about prior to purchase. Through some quick forum searches I found several ways to adjust the magazine(s) and haven't had a problem since. Just something to be aware of as it's very obnoxious when you holster and conceal your pistol and it sounds like you've got an ammo can in your pocket, at least it's easily fixable.
