Fantastic firearm, very solid build, finish and fit is excellent, simple breakdown. Absolutely no issues with feeds 200+ rounds. Very comfortable to shoot and 15 rounds per mag is nice. Replaced a Walther PK380 with this, great upgrade, much better gun IMO although some stuck on brand names routinely rule out the Bersa. The only con I have is the mysterious nonavailability of extra mags. Buds was perfect as always.

Just as nice as the regular Bersa Thunder 380, except it has really nice wrap-around rubber grips and FIFTEEN ROUNDS of .380 acp instead of 8 rounds. AWESOME PISTOL, BERSA, PLEASE DON'T CEASE PRODUCTION OF THE BEST PISTOL YOU EVER PRODUCED. AND PLEASE SHIP 100 TONS OF EXTRA MAGAZINES FOR THIS PISTOL TOO!!! THAT'S 100 TONS OF MAGAZINES EVERY MONTH. YOU WILL SELL ALL 380 PLUS MAGAZINES THAT YOU SHIP TO THE USA!!!!

I have had Bersa handguns, a long, long time ago and was impressed with them then. And now, after purchasing this one and a Bersa 9mm, I'm really impressed! This is a little known company, that has put their profits back into making their products even better, and not wasting it on advertizing. I have put over 600 rounds through this weapon, without a single ftf or fte. I have let other people try it out and they all have said the same thing about it, there is just something about this .380 that when you hold it, it just feels perfect in your hand. The accuracy is good, even though I'm not a perfectionist (you know, blind in one eye, can't see out the other!), I still can hit my target out to 50 ft. It's easy to take apart to clean and I love the trigger lock on it. All I have to say is it's a great weapon and for the price, you wont be disappointed. I highly recomend this weapon for anyone, and especially for the ladies.

I like this pistol but this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences of my whole life. When I recieved it, it had black sights on the nickel finish which didn't make any sense and looked ridiculous. I called bers eagle imports and they said it was a mistake and sent me nickel ones. I got them, realized that i couldn't take off the front sight post so i had it shipped to one of bersa's warranty centers like they told me to after I asked them about it. the warranty center told me that this model only comes with black sight even thought the bersa eagle imports and budgunshop pages showed the image as nickel. Then to make it worse the stupid warranty shop sent the gun back to the old address on my license instead of the address I specifically listed in my paperwork as the return address, so know I have no idea if I'll ever see it again. Since I'm in the military I move alot so my license is never correct in the address line. aaaarrrg. Gun shot well the 50 shots I fired before I sent it in, couple jams on the last round but I think I may have been not holding it firmly enough since I now thats important in a blowback gun. so stressful.

Really nice looking gun. It cycled a couple of different brands of .380 without a hiccup. Nice finish and it appears to be well built. The 15 round mags are a nice bonus for a small 380. A good deal.

My Bersa 380 Plus final arrived and a day later after a delayed background check. At first look I was apprehensive, the nickel finish looked a cheap, but after cleaning the surface the flat nickel looked better. ONLY one magazine was in the box and extras run from $38 - $50 plus shipping (when they’re in stock). The sights were right-on right out of the box. At 10 yards I was making 3 inch grouping with the full mag. I ran about 200 rounds through and had one FTF, but that happen when I was testing the 36 rounds of Tul-ammo (I consider this an ammo FTF issue not the gun. The other 14 rounds of Tul-ammo I tested on my Bersa 380 7rd model and had several FTF issues). The rest was brass cased rounds of FMJ round & flat nose Wal-Mart ammo and some hollow points, the good stuff and had no issues at all. The grip is made for a large hand. I wear a large size glove and the 380 fits my hand perfectly. My other Bersa 380 has a thinner grip and can accommodate the smaller and large hand easily. The 15rd magazine well adds quarter inch to the grip’s length, but that works because it gives room for my pinky to get a good grip. Surprisingly, the grip length is the same length as my 7rd 380 with the magazine pinky grip extension. I have two issues with the 380 plus. First after cleaning the gun with Wal-Mart Break-Free PowerBlast gun cleaner, the rear sights coloring was completely washed out. In the words of Homer Simpson, “D’OH.” I’ll get some glow-in-the-dark paint and a fine artist paint brush and fix that. The other issue I have is the magazine-trigger safety. The safety has a different activation mechanism than my 380 7rd which engages at the base of the magazine with a solid bar. The 380 plus magazine engages the mechanism further up on the magazine. The magazine engages the spring directly. The spring already shows a shinny spot where this happens. Not the robust mechanism I expected. Oh, other thoughts, the trigger guard bites into my middle finger where it meets the magazine well housing. The machine bevel needs to be smooth out, this will greatly improve the ergonomics without allot of reengineering. I could smooth it out, but that would ruin the nickel finish. Nice smooth trigger pull. Recoil is very manageable. Magazine pops right out. Paid $352 + 4(Ins) + 30(FFL) = $386 total. I give a 5 STAR rating. Happiness is a warm gun. :-)
