My five stars is based on price, Buds, and initial impressions. I would have gave it 5 stars except for the massive ding in the vent rib on top of barrel (no fault of Buds, it was done before bluing process). Buds, as always, delivered lightning fast and had best price. I was looking for an inexpensive revolver for home/farm that I wouldn't worry about losing, dropping, etc. I own a few EAA products and all have been great. The 4 inch barrel is nice, good weight, not too heavy. Handled .38 easily and .357 much better than a snubnose. Very controllable. Accuracy was as good as my Ruger 100 four inch. Double action is very heavy but safe. Single action is as good as my Smith 686. Cylinder rotates freely and locks up very tight. only put a few rounds thru it today when I got it, but why break in a revolver? Id buy it again and might. Some reviews state its not a good looking gun. Id say eyeball a highpoint for a while and rethink that. Looks fine to me.

WOW!!! Just shot over 100 rounds with this gun. It shoots super accurate and awesome. I was a little worried cuz I'm used with Ruger and smiths. Trigger is smooth, action is smooth.Goes bang everytime, shot 110, 125 and 158 JHP. I thought the grips were pretty small for my hands but after shooting , it felt fine and I can hold on without any problems. Highly recommended!!

Everything it is billed to be, needs to have front sight made orange or white dot for better sighting.

EAA Windicator .357 Mag 4" barrel: This is worth the money!!!. Action is smooth, and fairly easy, and very good in SA. Cylinder locks tight and rotation is perfect (I have a .38 when you cock it slowly, it stops just shy of lock up). .38 Special seams more accurate although I may have developed a (girly) flinch using the .357mag. Its the same weight as my .38 spcl pistol and don't have the mass to absorb the recoil like I thought it would. Tighten the screw on the grip about 1 turn and it is all good. I am buying another Windicator as soon as I can.
