Very big fan of the P250 line of pistols that unfortunately Sig has discontinued with the exception of the 22 caliber P250. Really like the ergonomics of the pistol and the finish. Put 100 rounds of Remington 230 round ball through it and the pistol did not experience any problems. When shooting I found the trigger pull seemed a lot harder than my 9mm P250 subcompact, so much so I am significantly more accurate with the 9mm subcompact. Hopefully with use I will become more accurate with the 45 compact. As usual Bud's process was smooth as ever. I will soon be paying off the 9mm P250 compact that I have on layaway and it will be interesting to see how I shoot it compared to the 45 compact.

Bud's was great, this gun is even better!!! I have a Glock 17, S&W M&P Shield 9, and now the Sig Sauer P250 .45 compact. This is my favorite by far. Little recoil on this bigger round, and amazing accuracy straight out of the box. Put 100 rounds FMJ 230 grain through it flawlessly. Giving M&P to wife, this my new everyday carry. Cant wait to get the conversions in .40 and .357 calibers.

If you are considering buying one of these before they are all gone, don\'t hesitate! So glad I got my Compact P250 in 45ACP last month, it may have been the last of the .45ACP Compact models at Buds or just about anywhere else. I\'ve been a Sig Sauer pistol lover for 30 years and never thought I\'d ever like anything more than my West German made P220\'s but this is now my favorite 45ACP and I understand why the US military adapted its striker-fired successor the modular P320. The modular caliber and grip module interchangeability is a great idea and makes maintenance easy. The DAO trigger is buttery smooth and no serious challenge for someone to get used to, especially like me who first learned to shoot double action only in the 1970\"s when Smith & Wesson Model 19 and Model 66 revolvers were my handguns of choice. Accuracy and reliability at the range has been excellent as typical for Sig Sauer. But here is one more reason I love this hammer-fired pistol: if you encounter a bad primer that causes a FTF you can still squeeze the smooth DAO trigger again without racking the slide as with most striker fired pistols. I brought some old reloads to the range with me the very first time I tried this pistol and apparently had purchased a bad batch of primers because at least 6-7 times it took a 2nd squeeze to make the round go BANG. This truly was a gun that deserved more public consideration especially since they were priced so low! (NOTE: I ended up buying the P250C-22lr version and they are still available PLUS you can still find P250 Caliber X-change kit for that one ending up with a nice package for training and serious shooting!)

As for Buds, I\'ve been buying from them for over 10 yrs and they\'re hard to beat for service and price. the P250 is a quality handgun , the trigger is smooth enough but it\'s a long pull. It\'s like shooting a revolver each time without cocking the hammer back. I have no trouble shooting tight groups at 25 yds. but I don\'t think the long trigger thing is going to be to everyone\'s liking.

As always, Bud ' s ordering is great. I'm loving this Sig P250 compact. I have several Sigs, and I believe this 250 has the best trigger yet. No regrets!
