One fine 1911 example. Nice finish and fit. Has the 'short' recoil spring rod. Shoots straight and true with no FTF's or FTE's through 200 rounds. Shoots better than the more expensive Taurus. (I can't believe I paid more for a Taurus than a Para Ordnance. But hey, we live in strange times.) Can't match my Kimber, Smith and Wesson, or Les Baer, but still, for the money, I think I have a pistol that will be trustworthy and perform well for a long time to come.

This is my first .45. This is one awesome gun. Very accurate and smooth. I shot 50 umc rounds through it no problem. It was dead on at 15 yards straight out of the box. I tested some new corbon powerball ammo in it. You better hang it cause it sure kicks! But I feel sorry for whatever is on the other end of that powerball round. Some awesome ammo! For the price you can beat it. And again Bud's was very prompt on delivery and offered the price around.

Pleasantly surprised with quality and slide fit. Attractive basic 1911 with 2-3 in groupings with Winchester FMJs. Unsure of the durability of the "Kote" finish for daily holster wear, worst case, I will apply another coat of Kote or hard chrome.
