Love this rifle and the way it looks. The olive green stock sets of the hardware nicely. The padded case is a welcome addition and fits the rifle well. Tie downs are nice addition. Have used both 10, 20 round SA mags and function smoothly. Rifle arrived in good shape and quickly after paying off layaway. Really liked the layaway option. I would definitely buy another SA. This is a nice addition to my collection.

This rifle is a monster!!! Very well made and has terrific sights. I've put 50 rounds through it and it has performed flawlessly! This rifle simply put is a masterpiece. This rifle will cost you more than most.......but if you are serious about quality and stopping power....this rifle is for you!

This is my go to. Very accurate and easy to maneuver with a full .308. Recoil is not too bad. Gonna use it for hunting... Hope I have meat left. Lol. Pain in the butt to clean but it's a battle proven rifle. Why switch to the m16? When you shoot it you can feel the percussion. Very loud. Buy good mags and ammo and you will never have a problem.

Rifle is very nice, well balanced , fit and finish are great! I have not shot it yet but I am looking forward to it. Buds as usual are great with their price, delivery and products. I have another firearms on layaway with Buds, really looking forward to purchasing mthat one as well. You won't be disappointed with this rifle, showed it to a friend as soon as I got it and he liked it so much he offered me more than what I paid for it. I told he had to buy his own because this one was mine, lol. Thanks Buds.

This is by far the best rifle I've ever fired. I'm a very proud owner of this rifle. Thank you BudsGunsShop.com and Hickok45 (youtube) for helping me decide to purchase it. Fired 160 round through it so far and its just simply the best. There is a ton of details I'd love to say, but for now I'm just too happy.

I took a giant leap when I paid for this rifle. Gotta say,it was worth every penny. I absolutely love it. It's a machine. It's as accurate as you are. They dont make the Od socom anymore. get one while you can.

love the gun. shoots great, and i know this sounds crazy but its worth the price. recoil very manageable, accracy outstanding. very well balanced gun and i would rather have the M1A than the AR-10. i would give it more stars than 5 if i could.

Have put several hundred rounds though my new SOCOM with zero malfunctions. Gun is accurate and a blast to shoot. I got the green stock because it is $120 less than the black stocked one at Buds and I had planned on changing the stock to another one anyway but after seeing it I really like the green one and so does everyone that sees it. Get this gun if you are thinking about it and don't look back!

Amazing rifle! I've owned an m1 Garand for many years and this rifle takes the best features of the Garand and combines them with a 16 inch barrel and a nice OD synthetic stock. I bought this rifle last week and combined it with a leupold scout scope and some leupold quick release rings and took it to the range yesterday. I sighted it in with Tula ammo (polymer cased) and acheived a 2.5 inch grouping at 200 yards! No need for fancy ammo in this rifle to get accurate results. Use factory Springfield mags in it and it will function flawlessly, beware of non-factory mags. This rifle proves that 16 inch barrels are nail drivers.

My favorite rifle. Took 10 days to get but the price was worth it.
