Bud's service was good, and the pistol works fine. Once you get the hang of the DAO trigger, the accuracy is there. These pistols are very easy to clean, too. Sig-Sauer is discontinuing this configuration of the P250 (Compact 9mm/.40/.357), as announced on their web page on 1 Dec 09. All follow-on models of the P250 Compact in these calibers will have an improved grip surface and work with non-compatible magazines and use a different holster. See: http://www.sigsauer.com/CustomerService/Product-Alerts.aspx Also note that, as of 21 May 09, according to Sig-Sauer's web page, all of their commercial pistols are again shipping with two magazines -- Bud's is correct in that the one they sold me had only one, but Sig claims they are shipping with two again. I could not be more pleased with the service/price from Bud's, or with the performance of the P250. Cleaned it prior to the first trip to the range, easy and intuitive, but read through the manual first. No misfeeds or misfires through the first 100 rounds of Winchester white box 115g round nose. I am looking forward to trying different configurations as I can afford them, and as they become available. 5 of 5 stars from me for both the Sig p250 and Bud's.

Just got back from the range with the new gun.....all I can say is wow!! The trigger started out a little gritty even after cleaning it before shooting, but after 100 rounds, it has smoothed up considerably. The nicest double action only pistol I have ever shot. Great accuracy, feels great and is very easy to control. My only complaint is that SIg only ships one mag. Great service with Bud's. I would definately buy from them again.

Overall a good pistol. I like the nite sites and the feel is great. It shoots great. My dislike is the trigger pull feels really long. Got to be the longest trigger pull of any firearm I own. Other than that I'm happy with it.

Freaking awesome. Extremely smooth action and low recoil. My only regret is that I had to buy mine from a local shop because Bud's was out of stack and I didn't want to wait any longer. My first day at the range I was able to completley obliterate the center square at 15 yards with only 4 outside the center and at 25 yds was able to do 4 & 5 shot groups in 1 inch squares. Extremely easy to break down for cleaning. Even my wife and daughter enjoyed firing it and were able to do well at 7 & 15 yds. I am having trouble figuring out which IWB holster to use, though. I'm already saving up for the .45 kit. Buy one while you can!

What an impressive concealed carry SAO! I took this to the range for the first time this week and within 50 rounds I was nearly a perfect shot. The trigger pull is smooth and the recoil on the 9MM version is very easily managed, even for my wife who is 102LBS. I like the fact that the grips can be easily changed for a small, medium, or large hand and the overall pistol size can be made sub-compact, compact, or full size. This gun definitely impressed at the range and I think at least one of the other shooters will be adding this piece to his holiday shopping list. I also found the P250 easy to clean because the modular design allows you to disassemble all moving parts from the frame. I feel very confident carrying this pistol, it's light weight, holds 16rds in one mag, easy to conceal, and extremely accurate. I would say the P250 is Sig's version of the Smith & Wesson compact M&P or the Glock 19. I compared between the three and chose to go with Sig and I am not disappointed!
