I got this gun because it was Gun Test gun of the year a while back. It's a nice little pistol and it has functioned 100% for over 400 rounds. It is best suited for home or personal defense - which it what it was designed to do. It does not cost a lot of money and is well worth small the price. First the good part: Very reliable even with the cheap ammo I shoot. It has a beautiful trigger pull and a comfortable, although somewhat small, grip. The gun would be well suited for any size hands. A lot of time women or people who may have difficulty with hand strength have special grip size / trigger pull needs. This gun might meet them. If you have big hands its okay for you too. The bad part: The sights are not right on. My gun shoots low and I need to show about 3/16" of post over the rear sight to be spot on. It does have a nice two dot system. Just put the dot higher. When you take it apart you can tell by the finish inside that it was not made by S&W or Sig, but its strong and adequate for the job. I use light grease as a lube! For home or personal defenseit can'r be beat for the price!

I am very pleased with the quality of the Taurus PT111 Millennium Pro 9mm. It does not state it in the listing, but the gun comes with a plastic carrying case, extra magazine and barrel brush. I have not shot it yet. I took the advice of other posters and did a complete cleaning to get rid of the shipping grease. All parts seem to be well machined with no rough areas. I have ordered from Buds 3 times. Once using a credit card and twice with an e-check. They stated it would take 6 days for an e-check to clear, and it did. So if you are in a hurry for your purchase, I would suggest using a credit card.

After months of research I decided on this Taurus PT111 for my CCW, California compliant. The price was right and I had Buds send it to my FFL. After the 10 day time out, I picked up my new weapon, cleaned off all the factory grease and oiled and prepared the gun for the range. The breakdown of the Taurus PT 111 Mill Pro is very easy and re-assembly, easy as well. The instructions direct users to use only factory ammo and make it very clear that if you use reload ammo you void the warranty. With the first shot, I voided my warranty and have run 300 rounds or so without a FTF or FTE. It took about 20 rounds to get used to the Heine Straight eight sights. Go to the Heine website to see the proper alignment schematic. deadly accurate at 9 yards. Not bad for a weapon with such a short Barrel. I really like this gun. Thanks Bud's.

Love this gun. I use it as my primary CCW. After a good cleaning, I put 300 rounds through it. From single slow measured shots, to 3 round bursts, to full magazine blow outs. No failures to feed to on 3 different types of ammo (factory fmj, factory hp, and hp reloads).Easily managed recoil with lots of control. My friend bought this same gun and had the same positive experience. We are both now going to buy one for our wives.

I bought it for a carry gun. Wow very nice the gun shoots great is easy to disassemble, has a reasonable price tag and comes with 2 mags. I love the metal tamper proof allen key for the additional saftey its a very comforting feature for when its not being carried. 200 rounds so far no jams using what ever brands were the cheapest.. great buy!

What a pistol for the money! Have put four hundred rounds through the beast without a problem in the past two weeks. Once you get used to the inital trigger pull and the Heine straight eight sights it's a lot of fun to shoot. This is my new carry!
