I bought this Taurus pistol a few years ago, and I still love it. The quality and fit and finish are spot on. and the Buds team is one of the best i have worked with in a while.

Using this as my service weapon with my security license. Very nice for the price and decent accuracy.

Very safe gun for self defense, but almost too safe - trigger pull length is well over an inch, and after the first round, transition from DA to SA only shortens the trigger pull by maybe 1/4" - still a very long pull for 2nd shot. And trigger pull is very, very heavy - even after cleaning/oiling everything I'm still measuring 14 lbs - that's just too much for multiple shots on target, it's pretty much a single shot semi-auto pistol. Fine for the range, but don't plan on double taps.

I received this gun on Friday, November 27, 2015 and I must say I'm completely happy with the firearm. I especially love all the safety features and how the gun feels in my hand. I truly appreciate Bud's Gun Shop and my local Firearms Dealer for making the process of purchasing a firearm as painless as possible. I will be placing an order again soon.

Shipping was lightning fast! Put about 65 rounds through this today with no issues and gun is very accurate. Was stiff out of the box but it loosened up quite a bit after the initial cleaning and lube before hitting the range. Would buy again.

ordered this from Bud's a couple of weeks ago and it was shipped within two days. UPS took 7 days to get it to me due to shipping error. I really like the gun and Bud's had a great price. Free shipping and no tax, can't beat that.

The slide hangs on this gun. The rear of the barrel is squared off and raised. The opening in the slide - the ejection port - hangs on the raised; squared part of the barrel. You have to snatch the slide to get it started and then it's fine. The only resistance at that point is the normal pressure of the recoil spring assembly. I didn't think the slide would cycle. However it works flawlessly. The gun looks great. The weight is almost ideal. Accuracy is good. I've used Winchester and Blazer ammo. I've had no fte's or ftf's. I've tried to call Taurus three times and haven't gotten through. Aside from the issue with the slide I really like this gun. Recoil is a nice little "thump".

And the gun I love it, this is my fourth Taurus gun in 25 years never had any problems out of any of them.

Got this in last week. I was very impressed with the pistol as well as everything that came with it. Person at the FFL spoke highly of this weapon. Took it home and cleaned it a little bit and I am sure that this was a good buy. For the price it's nice.

Just got the gun this evening but so far so good. Ran a few rounds through it and it did great.

Buds Delivered as promised. I received my new Taurus 45 BRAND NEW for a decent price. It was shipped as stated ( Could have been a few days quicker) and even found a dealer near me who could transfer it to me for a reasonable fee. The pistol looks exactly as in the photo. I am looking forward to testing this beauty out this Saturday at my local gun club. Bud's did a Great job.

This is 4th Taurus product, I have been very impress by what this company has to offer at a reasonable price. Took this gun to the range and fired off several clips of ammo from cheap steel case to brass, the gun perform without issues. The adjustable sights is nice, but gun shot true without needing to use them. Field strip is similar to other handgun and easy to do. Fit and finish, name slide was tight and no machine marks or blemish. The only changes I will do is add night sites. Buds, carry magazine for them please, which are hard to find without going to Taurus itself for them at full retail.

I wanted a .45 acp semi auto pistol for a reasonable price that was reliable and I could'nt be more pleased with this choice. No FTEs, perfect feel ergonomically with the ambidexdrious safety and worth much more than the price I paid. The only issue I am having is finding replacement magazines, which I have several companies supposed to let me know when they arrive, but none yet. Bud's service was AAA+++ as always. Many thanks.

Very nice handgun. 300 rounds with no malfunctions. All Taurus products need a thorough cleaning before use due to heavy packing grease use. This is my first purchase with Buds and I must say I am very impressed with their customer service, And the layaway plan is very easy to use. Thanks Buds!!!

Researched buying a .45 for a while, after reading many positive reviews, and watching some youtube videos I decided to go with this model. So far very pleased with this Taurus. Ordering from Bud's was quick and easy, my 3rd gun purchase from them and not my last. Gun arrived in great condition, and the extra back straps included is a nice bonus. I was concerned about recoil, but that wasn't a problem at all. I find this gun just as easy to shoot as my 9mm sub compact. I found the gun fit my hand very nicely, I was concerned the double stack .45 might be too large for my hand, but feels great. I put several hundred rounds of a variety of cheap fmj downrange, one FTE which I thought was just fine for a break in. Haven't field stripped it yet, will before next range outing. Overall a great .45, I added a laser/light combo and this sits in my nightstand for home protection.

This is my first purchase from Bud's and I am very pleased. This was as painless of a process as there can be. Bud's has excellent prices and ships very quick. As far as the pistol.....I have not had a chance to shoot it yet but the fit and finish is perfect. I have a M&P 9mm and this pistol feels almost/if not as good as my M&P. Had my doubts, it is lite weight, I grew up on the 1911 and 92FS as a Marine. 150rds right out of the box no cleaning or lube. No problems. Thanks Buds and Taurus

The 24/7 looks and feels good all works haven't shot it yet because I haven't cleaned it I love buds gun came fast and safe my next 45 will come from buds and ammo
