Bought this gun for my elderly father. Bit too sophisticated for him. I should have purchased something bolt action and simpler for him to handle. But, it is a good gun good performance and easy to use.

It is a great rifle. It's light, easy to clean, easy to store. The only thing I wish you could do is change the stock without have to go custom, but other than that great buy. Thanks bud I will be shopping again soon!!....btw if you live in cali expect a 3 week wait until you can hold the firearm in your hand. Always remember make sure you have a plan and a good safe place store your firearms and alway be a responsible gun holder.

Great little rifle. I have had this rifle for about 10 or 11 years now. good for the younguns to start with. Only thing I don't like is its a little difficult to chamber a round. And if you try to fire shotshells with it it wil not kick out the empty casing cause they don't have enough blowback to open the breach far enough so the empty casing gets stuck halfway out so you have to basically use shotshells as single shot wth it. You can load them all in the clip you just have to open the breach yourself like a bolt action to kick out the empty casing and load a new one. I have used this .22 for target practice and varmits mostly possum. Couple of city rats! Just don't try shooting possum or rats with shot shells doesn't really do much to them. LOL Well except when it comes to the possum if you load a regular .22 shell behind the shot shell the shot shell stops them in their tracks as they try to well lay possum. So you get much better shot at them the second time!
