I bought this pistol to convert it to 9mm. I achieved the conversion by simply replacing the 90-Two's .40 S&W barrel with a 9mm barrel from my Beretta 92FS. I also used 9mm Beretta mags. As a 9mm it shoots great, yet not as great as my 92fs. As a .40, I found it to be a bit too snappy. More snappy then I expected from a pistol of this size and weight. This pistol was %100 reliable during all firing. I shot about 60 rounds of .40 and 150 rounds of 9mm. It is highly accurate and shoots point of aim, just like my other Beretta pistols. Though it is accurate and reliable now, it needs to be more broken in to shoot as well as my 92FS and M9A3.

After a LOT of research I settled on the 90-TWO 40 S&W and could NOT be happier. Thousands of rounds later, the weapon performs FLAWLESSLY. Nothing less than I expected from Beretta

This was the first handgun I have purchased and I like it a lot. I enjoyed shooting it and had no problems with it.

Took my time researching and trying out a bunch of handguns before buying my first one... ultimately decided on picking up this Beretta. Absolutely love this gun! First words out of my mouth after the first clip were "No buyers remorse here!..." and the 90-Two has continued to not disappoint. Super smooth action, gun levels after each shot, and after 500 rounds haven't had any jams. Would recommend it to anyone looking to pick up a quality firearm. When I received the transfer saw that the included speed loader was broken. Called Buds to see if they would replace, and they refused since I had accepted the transfer (told me to contact Beretta - which I understand). Ultimately purchased an aftermarket option. Shipping seemed to take longer than expected (which I'm racking up to this being my first purchase with Buds), but all in all a good experience. Have already made another purchase, and it appears to be moving a lot faster. Will continue to use Buds, and looking forward to many more purchases.

Decided on this Beretta 90-Two over the 96FS due to the features and updated appearance also latest model of the 90 series. I replaced grip with the optional Beretta thin grip and installed Trijicon night sights. The performance, feel in hand, balance is excellent. First time out on the range the accuracy was impeccable; 5 shots grouped 1 inch @25 yds, fired another 5 shots @50 yds - same results 1 inch groups. Amazing pistol and is one of my favorites now.

PROS: 1) This is a great firearm. It's super easy to take apart, and I have not had a FTE/FTF in over 3,000+ rounds I have shot. 2) It groups well with any type of ammo I feed it, even though I noticed it does like shooting low and to the left a bit. 3) It feels lightweight, yet it is not one of the "snappier" .40's I have fired. It is much less snappy then a Glock 22. 4) Unlike the original 92, this gun has replaceable grips for larger or smaller hands. Gun comes stock with the larger grip installed. Smaller grip is available through Beretta or one of their retailers. CONS: 1) It's a bit big, so it is fine for open carry, but not for concealed carry. 2) The "superlemnova" night sights WILL NOT reach a usable brightness when just exposed to normal room light. In order to reach max brightness they need to be exposed to a direct flashlight beam, and they only hold their brightness for about 5 minutes. 3) Much of the gun is made of a very hard plastic polymer (trigger, entire lower frame, guide rod). This keeps down on weight, but I like metal guns. 4) The plastic "guard" that covers the tactical rail broke after about 500 rounds. No idea why. Just snapped off while shooting.

Excellent construction - easy to field strip - great design and looks great to boot! Would recommend to anyone looking for a full-size .40 I have put over 1000 rounds through mine, the only problem I have ever had is that aluminum casings don't feed smoothly, I don't think that is because of the firearm, I can never get aluminum casings to feed smooth.
