Once again, dealing with Buds has been a breeze through the entire order and shipment process. I also really like this gun as being something that is what it is; a low-cost, lightweight, reasonable capacity, safe for potential carry 9mm. The DA trigger on these seems to generate a lot of negative comments but I really don\'t find it very troublesome. Staging is possible and I get very decent accuracy out of it but it does take some getting used to. Recoil for such a small, lightweight pistol is not nearly as stiff as you might expect. I find it to be a surprisingly comfortable shooter. It\'s been nicely reliable and double-strike ability has been sometimes a plus when shooting cheap ammo with hard primers. I\'ve had no feed or ejection failures through hundreds of rounds. If I have to make a negative comment it would be that the ejection pattern is really random so it can be a bit of a PITA for recovery. The Kel-Tec may seem a bit odd among some of my other choices and not universally loved by all but I do like the P11.

As a first firearm I can not recommend it to new shooters as it takes more practice than necessary. I have already put 1000 rds through it within a month and have not gotten much better with it. When I first shot it at the range I also rented a beretta and another pistol which i had never shot either. The p11 was the worst of the 3 where I could barely hit target but hit dead center with the other two unfamiliar guns. I shoot cheap ammo with it which started out good but now I can\'t go more than 30 rds without a FTF or a FTE. The trigger is a safety of its own so there\'s not much to say other than it\'s not a range gun for fun and it will take you a lot of practice if you\'re not familiar with double action triggers. Even with thorough cleaning the rail gets stuck many times when putting it back together. I\'ll send it back to be inspected when I buy a replacement pistol and see if it gets better.

Just received my Kel Tec 9mm. Haven't shot it yet, but I can tell you this. The gun feels amazing in my hand.Perfect size for a real conceal weapon.Bought a in the pants holster and when I put it on, I felt this will work for everyday carry. So,perfect size, perfect firepower and ample bullets. I had a Kel Tec 380 in the past and if you shoot quality ammo, no Plus ammo, you should be in good shape. Bottom line, I am happy with the gun, fabulous price and ship from Buds. Thanks
