This weapon has been a pure joy to shoot and CC. When Bud\'s finally got them in...me and 3 other guys at work placed an order as soon as we got the notice that they were in. All of us fell in love with it. I originally got the weapon for the wife to have for HP and also purchased the .22 version at the same time, for her to practice with as other than bullet size and capacity...they function the same. Well, she loves the .22 which really HAS to have high velocity ammo to function well...and if you do that, you are good to go with no issues...bulk crap is iffy at best. IT has to be high velocity..CCI Stingers, Armscore HV...you have to buy the hot/good stuff for that weapon...the 380 works flawlessly. So...she has the .22...and I carry the .380 mostly during CC. The falling block safety is a big plus...as I came home one time and the wife got spooked that night before I got home...cocked the hammer on a weapon in the house..and was scared to try to drop the hammer back down. Point it down, flick the lever...and it drops the hammer with no chance of firing.

A very nice gun, made in Turkey I understand. Obviously inspired by the PPK but defferent enough that I wouldn't call it a clone. It's well made and has a smooth action. Pretty easy to take apart and clean. It's definitely worth the cost. However, be forewarned that after market accessories like grips, etc are almost non existant, and magazines are very expensive, when you can find them that is.

The Bersa Thunder 380 Plus is a very enjoyable gun to shoot, it has a mild recoil and very positive action. This leads to a feeling of comfort and confidence in the handling of the gun. The 15+1 capacity gives you more rounds and more shooting time between reloading the clip or clips ( I have 2 ), if your looking for a reason to buy just one more gun , this is a really good one! =-)

This is a fine gun but its one of my purchases I don\'t like. I bought it as a carry gun. I don\'t like how snappy it is. It has more recoil than my Sig p320 40. So, as it is reliable and reasonably accurate, I just keep it the glove box and hope I never need it.

I liked the Bersa thunder 380 so just had to have the Bersa thunder 380 plus. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.It really feels better than the thunder 380.The decocker is a little stiff but I guess it will loosen up in time.I didn't pay much more for the plus. Buds prices are hard to beat. I Hear a lot about Buds from Hickock 45. Over all I'm very pleased with the pistol and the service from Buds.
