This is a fine gun but its one of my purchases I don\'t like. I bought it as a carry gun. I don\'t like how snappy it is. It has more recoil than my Sig p320 40. So, as it is reliable and reasonably accurate, I just keep it the glove box and hope I never need it.

I liked the Bersa thunder 380 so just had to have the Bersa thunder 380 plus. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.It really feels better than the thunder 380.The decocker is a little stiff but I guess it will loosen up in time.I didn't pay much more for the plus. Buds prices are hard to beat. I Hear a lot about Buds from Hickock 45. Over all I'm very pleased with the pistol and the service from Buds.

I had the Bersa 380 but I've been looking for a Plus model. The price on this gun is amazing. There is a lot of quality in this piece for the price. Holds 15 rounds and conceals very well. I paid a little less for it than I did for my single stack Bersa Thunder. The Plus model is a great small handgun.

Overall, I have to give this gun an A . I\'m only 150 rounds in but, it had performed flawlessly so far. It only comes with 1 magazine but the fact that it can hold 15 1 rounds, helps make up for that. The slide and barrel are the exact same size as a regular Bersa Thunder 380 so, the same holster will work for both. Even though the frame is wider because of the double stack mag, the overall grip is only about 1/10th of an inch wider/thicker. If you\'ve never owned this style of gun, there are a few things you need to be aware of. First of all, it has a bit more recoil than you\'d expect out of a 380, probably due to the fixed barrel design. Because of this, if you plan on shooting a lot of rounds through it at the range, I recommend wearing a glove or using some sort of padding where the beaver tail touches your hand. After 150 rounds, I had 2 small impact blisters on my hand from the corners of the beaver tail. Also, both my hands and arms were peppered with soot by the time I was done shooting. I thought maybe it was the cheap ammo I was using but, I found out it\'s just an normal characteristic of this gun. Another normal thing about this gun is, you have to aim a little higher than you do with other pistols. It may take a bit to figure out the POA for this one but once you do, you\'ll be driving tacks with it. Lastly, be sure to check your rear sight before heading to the range. Mine was adjusted all the way left right out of the box, which I didn\'t notice until I\'d already fired several rounds. I centered the sight and it did just fine after that.

I haven\'t fired it yet, but it has a nice feel and weight to it. A bit lighter than a Beretta .380 Cheetah and less than half the cost. The safety is almost impossible to use one handed so far, it needs about 90 degrees to unlock, and is CW which is the opposite of many other pistols; you have to push it up toward the muzzle. Hopefully it\'ll loosen up a bit after use. I have a Bersa .45 Ultra Compact. It\'s safety is a bit larger, no surprise there, but the movement to off-safe is CCW. Difficult to imagine why Bersa changed.

Just want to say that I was a little apprehensive about buying a gun on-line, but due to Hickock45 recommending Buds and the customer service help I received, I felt much more at ease about buying from Buds. Everything went very smooth, from my order being processed and delivered to my local gun shop, to my Bersa Thunder Plus. Everything was perfect in the case, gun shot and handled like a dream. I have taken to the range 3 times and put over 500 rounds through it and not one problem, other than my crummy aim, working on that. I highly recommend this gun and Buds, really can\'t say a bad thing about either. Mikeg
