Great gun. Works well and is a lot of fun for plinking. It is also pretty accurate. I guess the longer barrel helps with that.

So Far im loving this pistol the only problem ive had is the clynder for magnums isnt working very well though ive only used it twice but in hopes it will get better with more use , other than that i love it , shipping was great recieved it on time Buds Guns did a great job and i will be buying more from them ,

Great gun for the price no issues

Another great purchase from Buds Guns. It was time to move my grandson's from BB guns to 22's. I purchased two Heritage Rough Riders for there first real guns. Being a Team Bud member, I placed my order 09/07/18, picked them up on 09/10/18 from my local FFL dealer. They came in a beautiful wooden boxes with a trigger locks and holsters. I am 42 years old and never thought I would hold such a beautiful gun in my hands. I've read reviews where people talk about price, quality and many other features I didn't know about . I grew up watching cowboys movies and used to take my grandma's old broom stick to use it as a horse! I always wished I could be closer to a revolver like this and at least look at it from the distance, but the closer I got was the TV screen...Now owning one? Feels unreal. I hope my son can be ready one day to hold and own it too and to appreciate it as much as I do. He might not use his grandma's old broom like I used to but we will have fun one day with these Riders!

Like what I see so far - this review about the service - WOW - ordered at 2 PM one day they NEXT day at 12:30 PM FFL called they had it before the data on site showed even shipped . That is less than 24 hours from KY to my state ! I could not believe they had it ! Looks great all the items included as described. Happy so far

Packaging: Wooden Civil War engraved box was a little bit damaged/cracked, nothing too serious & honestly you probably just care about the revolver, I wasn't 100% sure if it came with the Mag cylinder as well & was pleasantly surprised that it did. Revolver Feel/Finish: Worth the price, good weight to it feels like a real solid revolver, the finish on the ejector rod cover was a bit over saturated but you do have to really pay attention to it to notice. Pew Pew Review: I only got to shoot the .22LR cylinder (forgot I had a mag cylinder as well) & it shot like a dream, trigger pull was smooth as I expected, I'm a new regular shooter, last time I shot a firearm was about 2 or 3 years ago & my groupings from 6 yards were very close together on the very first 6 shots I ever took out of it. Overall, if I had only borrowed this from a friend & saw the whole bundle then shot it I would decide to buy one as well for the price. Happy with the purchase. 4.7/5

I just got the Heritage revolver and it's a really fun gun it's the best way to learn how to use a revolver The Price was great and all you needed was bullets .

This was my first Rough Rider purchase and my first purchase with Bud's Guns. I give them both an A+, the gun is just what I was looking for and the ease of shopping and shipping is second to none.

Good for what it is. I wanted a cheap, but reliable .22 wheel gun for snake shot. This firearm fits the bill. Keep in mind Bud's shipping is a bit slow, and I find the "cash" discount to be massively irritating. All in all I'm pleased with the pistol.

This is a great gun. The quality of the revolver is surprising considering it is so inexpensive. For the price, you can't beat it. Having two cylinders is like having two different guns and I really liked that. I'm very happy with it.

A fantastic revolver and experience for the price. It takes getting used to as the hard sights are a bit off on my gun but once I figured out it shoots low and to the right I was hitting every mark. The change between 22. Lr and 22. Mag is great as the differnece in power is quite surprising. I've had to use it a few times to kill some copperheads around my chicken coop and home. Its a perfevt gift for youths or defence against rodents and snakes if you purchase the vermint shots, which are like mini bird shot shells that fire pellets. I would absolutely recommend this gun for its price. Will advise that the handle is more red than brown but I am very happy with its color.

I Purchased The Heritage before Christmas. It came To a Local dealer Quickly. I Picked It up & Like The Weight,The Feel 7 Curiousity Got Me. i went out back With the Magnum Cylinder In 7 Shot 6 rounds not having any idea I would hit a can i threw as far as it would go. I ended up making it dance 6 times with a gun I had never fired. that was a nice surprise! I Will Be checking out my next gun @ Buds first & probably will purchase it there.I do want a shorter gun for concealment & I am going to get myself a Henry rifle in time. Sure glad I stumbled across Buds! they take your order & if you have your model number ready they don't take long at all & my gun was here sooner than I expected! Thanks to the staff at Buds again,i am pleased with the product & the service!

Don't let the price fool you, it's a great gun! I've been saving my Dad's Ruger single six and wanted one to shoot in it's place...this is it! I would not hesitate to buy another one! And Thanks to Bud's for their great service.

Good value for the money. Indexing is not that of my Smiths or Rugers, and it is constructed of cast not forged steel, and is reasonably accurate for what it is. I'll keep it, but I won't drive a Daewoo.

I bought this Heritage .22LR/.22MAG Combo a while back. It came in a cedar wood box, with both cylinders, holster and a trigger lock. One thing I really like about this gun is that it's fixed sights are dead on, its easy to disassemble and clean, then reassemble. The gun is simple to use and it just works. I haven't noticed wether .22MAG is more accurate or not than the .22LR which many reviews I read / watched had claimed to be true. Both hit right where you are aiming. Making it good for hunting rabbits and squirrels in the back woods. The box is very nice, the holster could be better...but you get what you pay for, and for the price I wouldn't expect anything fancy, however the gun fits perfect in the holster. The saftey which is next to the hammer, and operates in the same way ( up is safe, pull it back to fire ) is a nice little addition to the gun. For being a .22 revolver, it is fairly big and heavy which I like. Gives it a good feel, and balance. Which also makes this gun easy to "spin". The only thing negative I have to say about this gun is that the ejector rod under the barrel is plastic...which hasen't proven to be a problem yet. And I don't suspect it will be unless the gun is abused quiite roughly. All in all it's a great .22 revolver, and I'd buy it again if I could go back in time.

I bought this Heritage 22 box/holster combo on 11/20/2009. I was looking for a reliable single action 22LR/22WMR that has the look and feel of the legendary single action army revolver. When I saw this one, I figured I would give it a try and if it wasn't a reliable and accurate revolver I hadn't spent a fortune on it. With that said... The Heritage 22LR/WMR is a great small caliber 6 shooter that boasts a micro-threaded machined barrel that is inserted into the frame for optimal barrel/cylinder gap for great ammo performance. Along with that, it has a hammer block in the recoil sheild providing a little added protection. There is very little recoil, making it easy for a youth to operate and shoot safely. From the date I recieved the Heritage 22LR/WMR, I have put around 500 rounds through her and NO ISSUES! Overall, This is a great gun for anyone who enjoys the single action revolver style.

I bought this gun on thursday 12/1108 and it seemed good because I wanted my kid to have a handgun.So today I brought it to the range 12/14/08 and it is a very good gun no probelems exept for 2 or 3 misfires but it was just the bullet so I give it 2 THUMBS UP!!!!
