A great firearm! Springfield has always know what they were doing when it came to pistols. The pistol unloaded is well balanced and loaded it stays balanced. Accuracy is a 4 at best though.

But seriously, for any of you who have never purchased a firearm online before and might have some hesitation, let me tell you I was a little nervous my first time too, but I have bought three pistols so far and you can't go wrong with Buds!!!

Fantastic pistol! I really wanted an XDM 5.25 but I decided the "match" barrel and slightly more aggressive grips and scalloping on the slide weren't worth the extra $160 dollars and boy was I right. This gun is a tack driver with no malfunctions at all with well over 100 rounds through it. This thing will eat any ammo I feed it. The Glock style grips do get pretty slippery when your hands get sweaty in this Houston, Texas heat and humidity so I'll probably look into adding a set of Talon grips in the near future - but otherwise no complaints. I look forward to owning and shooting this pistol from Springfield Armory for many years to come.

2nd XD that I have owned and same story with both. Always goes bang and crazy accurate for an out of the box firearm. Have put thousands of rounds thru her from DoubleTap, Corbon, Underwood, and your basic hardball. Never ftf or fte. I trust my life with her on regular basis. And a damned fine looking piece to boot.

It took a little while to get to me but with the price I paid, well worth it.

I ordered this gun on Tuesday and received it on Friday. Bud's service is five star. The gun is accurate at 10 yards and 25 yards right out of the box. The mags are 13 rd capacity. Great gun! Thank you Buds.

This is 2 13 round mags, not 12. I've owned this for a little over 2 years now, couldn't be happier. The gun is just sexy, shoots good, feels good, doesn't fail. Well, nearly anyways. It eats almost everything I've thrown at it, +P, lead, whatever. The only bullets it doesn't like is semi-wadcutters, mine jammed on every single round. O well... Mine seems to like faster lighter bullets, I can shoot fist size groups at 25 yards with these.
