I have to put this little Henry @ number 1 for fun and hunting small game. I love the way it breaks down and stores. Great design/idea.

Straight out of the box to the range, put 30 clips through, no problems with feed or ejection. One factory clip has a weaker spring, and with one bullet did not set it properly into the chamber on first use, but was fine after running it all the way down. Light, easy to assemble, great beginner squirrel gun!

The rifle itself is great, brand new and shoots straight.

I must have received a lemon because I can barely get off two rounds without an FTF. I have tried several different types of LR22 brands and still have the same issue.

Product pretty cool, easy to put together, comes with 2 magazines...BIGGEST PROBLEM, DOES NOT FEED AMMO INTO CHAMBER RELIABLY!!! CONSTANT FAILURE TO FEED/FAILURE TO EJECT/STOVE PIPE....I even tried to grind out part of the chamber to make a feed ramp...helped a little...Otherwise good gun, but would not subject..

Nifty little rifle... When it first arrived the action was a little gritty, likely due to the factory machining oil, but just a touch of machine gunners lube and things got a lot smoother. First trip to the range I put ~100 rounds through it while sighting in the apature "peep" sight. Suprisingly accurate as long as you check for barrel nut tightness every few mags... I did not clean it when new, or after the first range trip...put it away for six months, and then took it out again - this time putting ~200 rounds through it. Used a combination of CCI and Remington LR rounds, and no misfires with only one failure to feed... Gave it a good tear down and cleaning, only because I knew it could use it - it ran great dirty even during rapid fire mag dumps... My only real gripe, and thus only 4/5 rating, is the fact that it has a small dovetail "rail" ontop of the reciever instead of a standard picatinny rail like the other AR platforms do... I had to purchase an adaptor to convert the dovetail to picatinny in order to mount a Bushnell red dot sight I had laying around... Judging from the reciever storage location in the stock, there is plenty of space to fit the receiver if it had been made with the larger picatinny rail...regardless of your optic of choice, there is no storage for it within the stock... I ordered an additional mag, as there is storage space for two within the stock, along with one in the reciever when stowed...for whatever reason aftermarket mags for this rifle do not have the external retaining spring. Not sure what it does, or why the factory mags have it, but so far I have not noticed any difference between them while in use. Wish they made mags with more than eight rounds...score one for the Ruger 10/22...
