I love my M&P 15. With so much information about the M&P 15 sport, there has been almost no reviews about the original M&P 15. It shoots amazingly well, and is well worth the money!

I made the mistake of first purchasing a budget (off brand) AR which was a very bad decision on my part. Luckily, I was able to receive a full refund so I learned my lesson and decided to purchase a rifle that is well known and held in high regard when it comes to quality. One can tell that this is a well made rifle from the ease of breaking down for cleaning, to the great matte finish. It is obvious that there is close attention to detail throughout their manufacturing process. I fired over 200 rounds and found it to be very accurate and did not experience any FTEs or FTFs regardless of what brand of ammo was used. It is truly a pleasure to shoot and I look forward to many rounds of fun at the range with this rifle. The only item I really would have preferred is if the barrel was made out of 4150 steel instead of 4140, but unless you plan to go crazy with rapid fire, I am sure it is sufficient for the majority of rifle enthusiasts. I would not hesitate to purchase another S&W rifle in the future and of course it is always a pleasure to deal with Buds as I find it the easiest way to purchase weapons at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more access to great weapons under your 180 day layaway plan.

I have owned this gun over a year and can not say enough good things about it.I have put 2000 rds of brass and steel without a problem.The gun came extremely accurate right out of the box.I would recommend this gun to anyone looking for a AR 15.

LOVE this rifle! Haven't got to use it much yet, but very impressed so far. Bus's has always been very good to deal with as well. :)

I can't say enough about the reliability of this rifle. I've put well over 1,500 rounds (mostly American Eagle 556), the majority of those with a SlideFire stock so they cycle through fast, and haven't had a single misfeed or FTE. I added a Giesele trigger since I think the stock 7#+ pull is excessive for my taste, but couldn't be happier overall with the rifle. Great fun to shoot.

Bud's was a pleasure to work with and shipped the same day my payment cleared. The rifle arrived at my FFL dealer in a S&W padded box along with a 30-round PMAG, gun lock, and owner's manual. This AR is a well-manufactured machine with the fit and finish you would expect from Smith and Wesson. Clean lines, sharp details, smooth action, and an overall solid feel made me a very happy customer. So far, I have only had time to shoot about 200 rounds through this rifle (mostly inexpensive Federal and Remington ammo) but it performed flawlessly, with no failures of any kind. I was seeing 3 inch groups at 100 yards right out of the box and the iron sights were very easy to dial in. At first, I was skeptical about using a non-metallic magazine, but the PMAG it came with was sturdy and very high quality. So much so I picked up another one the very next day. I have been extremely satisfied with the M&P15 and would highly recommend it to anyone. As an added bonus, LE and military can get a $100 rebate from S&W after purchase.

Great quality, Far better than other AR's I have shot or held. Everything is very solid, Nothing feels cheap at all and was dead on sight wise right out of the box. Could not speak highly enough of S&W's AR15, Or buds for that matter. A+! 110% Satisfied customer.

After thoroughly researching what AR to buy, was torn between Colt and this one. Went with this M&P15 and used price difference for accessories and ammo. Received rifle promptly after ordering it. Service from Bud's excellent as usual. Immediately went to range and fired 150 rounds, all flawlessly. With a bore snake, it was a snap to clean. Weapon is truly fun to own and fire. Highly recommend it to all.

Outstanding rifle at a great price. Buds was great with the delivery and very fast. I have had this rifle for several months now and have never had any jams or misfires. I have also purchased a CMMG 22 cal conversion and tell all that they work perfectly in this rifle as long as you use round nose high velocity 22 cal ammo. This is a great rifle with the best warranty possible in the industry. You can't go wrong with this one!

Outstanding rifle at a great price. Buds was great with the quick delivery, and Smith & Wesson did great with the quality! Had to wait a week to finally get to the range, but it was worth the wait. Iron sites zeroed in very quickly, nice tight shot groups. Added a scope, and was able to zero it in quickly as well. Even got my wife thinking about buying one for herself.

Right out of the box dead center at 150 yards. My first AR and I have never had so much fun. Iron sights only and 200 rounds. I am already saving for my next one. Thanks Buds!!

Best AR I have ever owned. Backed by a lifetime warranty from Smith & wesson, makes it that much better. Great finish, zeroes right in and is a nice tight fit between the upper and lower. Thanks to Buds for a great price to make this the perfect AR.

Recently purchased the Smith & Wesson Model 29 Bounty Hunter from you guys and no one can beat your price. I have got to say this is a very nice piece of work. The .44 magnum is very comfortable to hold and is not to bulky to carry I use a high rise leather holster. Just zeroed mine this morning on the 2nd shot. WOW. Tight groups. I would recommend this to anyone who wants and needs a dependable rifle. Nothing is more dependable than a Smith and Wesson. Just shot this gun and zeroed it out. Right out of the box it had a great grouping. Recoil wasn't bad at all compared to other ar 15's I've shot, I would say it was pretty well balanced. I would highly recommend this gun over anything.
