I have researched for quite a while before purchasing this gun and it is up to my expectations 100%. I have shot about 90 rounds, no problem at all. One thing less than satisfactory is that Buds used 10 business days to send the gun out to my transferring FFL, which is kind of slow for an item that was marked as "In stock". I guess this might be a small mishap for this order only, wish it will not happen for my next order.

I bought this for my left-handed wife because of the ambidexterious slide release. We both tried one out and liked the way it shoots. The particuliar gun we received frequently fails to extract the spent case, which causes a double feed malfunction. The slide release is very stiff on both sides, which makes it difficult to release with a thumb. The trigger reset is horrible. Much unlike a Glock or XD, it can't be felt when the trigger is reset. It has only ~300 rounds through it so far (Winchester and Federal) and has malfunctioned at least 15-20 times. Maybe with more use it will loosen up a little and function better. Since these issues were not found on the rental gun we tried, it may be just this specific gun. It's going back for warranty service today. The way it is now, I would not recommend it.

This was my very first internet purchase for any firearm and all I can say is that it was smooth as butter!! Bud's made the whole transaction worry free for me. The gun shipped quickly to my FFL and I was able to pick it up after its 10 day waiting period. I finally was able to take it to the range yesterday with my son, and after a few FTF, slide not going into full battery and not always locking out on the last round, we cycled 200 rds of 115g and was able to work out the kinks of the new gun. I am considering the APEX trigger and RAM upgrade to give it a smoother pull and more audible reset, as well as placing a big dot front sight on it, but not in that much of a hurry to get it done. Would I recommend Buds for your first internet purchase? My answer....HELL YES!!! Prices are great, process easy to follow and understand, and shipping very quick once payment is received. Thanks Buds!!!

Purchased about two months ago. The first time i pulled the trigger on my M&P 9 was the first time i pulled the trigger on any firearm (late bloomer). After the first few magazines i felt more than comfortable firing this gun. Being a novice my shot sucks, but i know this gun is able to shoot much better than I (still no problem hitting CoM on my first magazines at 15ft). Best part of all over 400 rounds WITH NO FAILURE TO FIRE. Very pleased with this firearm.
