This handgun was just what I was looking for. I own a Glock 17 (Gen 4), a Taurus PT111 (Gen 3), and yet I needed something slimmer (single stack) because I just could not hide the other 2 9mm in my clothing at work. While I have yet to shoot it and cannot attest to the mechanics of the handgun, I can say that fully loaded (7+1), and with the finger extension, it'll be a constant companion for me. Since I ordered the blue version, I'll likely get it duracoated and put a nicer finish on it that suits my needs. But the finish isn't why I chose this weapon, functionality was. As a carry permit holder it's critically important that I don't print/show that I am carrying, and the PF-9 helps me achieve that while on the job, where I have a dress code/certain expectations. I've no doubt it'll come in handy during the summer months as well.

First of all, thank you Bud's for great price, service, and back up your reputation with actions! I've had this Kel-Tec PF-9 for a week now, and after having put several hundred rounds through it, I'm glad I bought it. I have no doubt that it is the perfect concealment/self defense weapon. A friend of mine in Tennessee has two of the Kel-Tec 380's (don't know the model number), and he has nothing but praise for his. Checking on various auction sites, I find that this weapon just does not get sold on auction sites and I find many retailers have a hard time keeping them in stock. The last piece of information about the PF-9 that sold me is that the factory is about 40 miles away from me in Cocoa, FL. This Kel-Tec compliments my S&W Sigma 9mm perfectly. The both fire the same ammo, they both are inexpensive, accurate workhorses (nothing real pretty, just deadly), they both break down to just about the same basic parts, sights are the same, and trigger pull/safety is very close. IF you can get this gun, do it. Great job Bud's...thank you!

Haven't fired it yet but Bud's was awesome, check out to transfer was less than 72 hours. and I'm all the way in AZ. The quality is actually better than I expected from kel-tec, can't wait to get to the range.

The price has gone up a bit since I purchased this firearm in July, but this' the most comfortable EDC CHL pistol in 9mm I am aware of!! The pistol is actually PRETTY ACCURATE (capable of blowing a single hole at 10 yards) out of the box, no adjustments to the sights needed on mine(nice that you CAN actually adjust these sights for windage, and shim it for elevation). The trigger is nowhere near as bad as people had made it out to be, its a bit long, but very smooth and with practice rapid-fire isnt that hard, recoil also is not THAT BAD, its not pleasant, but what 16 oz gun(loaded!) is?! Im glad, I found this, and it will be EVEN MORE APPRECIATED IN THE HOT TEXAS SUMMER!!!! And I have had no jams, the break-in period went smoothly with not a single firearm, magazine or ammo related problem, just keeps chugging! If ur looking for a (THE LIGHTEST, SLIMMEST 9mm PERIOD!!)light, single stack 9mm for CHL use, JUMP ON IT as these are hard to keep stocked from all my gunstore contacts confirm, and this price is STILL $50 cheaper than the cheapest Ive seen at Cheaper Than Dirt in Fort Worth, Tx! THANKS BUDS!!!

good service from buds, fast shipping, i have fired about 100 rounds through it so far, had two failure to feeds, and one stovepipe, other than that i like the gun. it is still in the break in period, it did the malfunctions with the grip extender on, it did not with the regular mag plate. i was using federal 115gr fmj, and winchester nato 124gr fmj.
