I really fun gun and made in a beautiful way.......wood and blued steel. The 1894C is a very accurate gun with all loads from .38 Special to Double Tap .357 Mag 180 gr hard cast. Everyone should own one of these.

Beautiful gun, fun to shoot. Holds 10 rounds of 38 Special. Late last year I could not find a Marlin,so I purchased a Puma 1892 Puma from Buds.It was OK.In January I bought a Marlin 1894 .357 from Buds.It is so much accurate that I sold the Puma, knowing the Marlin would be more prized.I use the 170 grain Keith-type bullet mold from Lyman with 13 grains of Alliant 2400 powder for powerful tight groups.Excellent.I may add a Williams peep sight later.Lloyd.

Beautiful gun, fun to shoot. Holds 10 rounds of 38 Special. 357 recoil feels like my Ruger Mini-14, also a fun rifle. The action is a little stiff but it feeds and fires just fine, thank you Bud's.
